I live in a small town about 25 miles away. My first time using them I was out of the country on business I called our Local in town plumbers for some emergency repairs and they told me it would be a couple days I called Phillips and they worked me in that day. I have had two other occasions with the same response. Going forward I will not even bother with my local plumbers again I will go straight to Phillips.

They were great. Arrived on time. Was able to determine the and fix the problem quickly. Price was reasonable. I will used them when I need a plumber again.

David made replacing our entire A/C and heating system a breeze (pun intended).

Was on-time for quote and install, walked us through the whole process, and was an all-around pleasant experience...would definitely recommend!

Early 2024: Had concerns about excessive condensation and developing mildew on our unit in the attic. Air Bourne says it’s normal and not an issue.

Early 2025: Still having condensation issues and A/C isn’t working as well. Coils are leaking and freezing/thawing out causing excessive moisture. Coils are replaced under warranty (labor isn’t covered, fyi). Fast forward a month…still having condensation problems. Plenum and insulation are replaced (Air Bourne covered a portion of this saying it would fix the problem). Fast forward a month…unit is still sweating.

During one of the several visits I had, the tech from Air Bourne even mentioned the installation wasn’t done properly (unit not level, etc.). I had another A/C company come out to get a 2nd opinion and they mentioned the same thing.

Would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want the work completed right the first time.

Our A/C went out last night, I called Air Bourne this morning and Jaime was here by 10:30, fixed the problem and we have A/C again.
I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs. They’re honest and do great work. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Jaime does an excellent job. He's changed our filter and done a check-up for us 3 years and he's awesome! Super friendly, on-time to appointments. Recently repaired wiring we accidentally cut while trimming hedges. Very reasonably priced and was there in 1.5 hour.s We highly recommend!!

He was spectacular he went through the system explaining everything to us and what good readings and bad readings are very personable and friendly, we would definitely use Airbourne and ask for Mr. Ramirez , he was a true delight

Had 3 A/C units fully replaced. Did an incredible job and can tell a huge difference in efficiency and comfort of the new units vs the 22-year-old units we had.

I used David and his team at Airbourne to replace both my 5 ton units in successive years running. They offer top quality Trane systems and do professional and wonderful job with the install. Most importantly, their value on full purchase and installation was thousands less than the other quotes I received. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company was great. I looked up the reviews and I decided to give them a call. I contacted them on Monday. I received a quote on a new system. I was impressed with the amount and decided to use them. On Thursday morning they arrived and my new system was installed. This company was early and did a awesome job. I’m impressed and have recommended this company to all my friends and family. The girl I scheduled the appt with was very friendly and even gave estimates. I also cannot say enough good things about Jaime. He is absolutely delightful and his positive energy made my day!!! The price was very reasonable and fair and significantly cheaper than what the other repair company wanted. I am extremely happy with my experience using this company and will be using them again if a need arises.

I purchased the entire system approximately 3 years ago. I started having cooling issues this May so I gave them a call since they installed the unit. Turns out one of the coils has a leak. Luckily the part is under warranty but the labor wasn't. To replace the part and labor they were charging me 25% of the original price for the entire unit...it doesn't make sense. I spoke with David since he was the one who sold me the system initially and told me he would work on it to get me a more reasonable price. Well he never got back to me....not to be to explain why he couldn't provide a better price. Since then I got the work done by another provider and will be shifting all my business away from airborne ac because of their lack of professionalism and care for their existing customers. Absolutely regret getting the system with them.

We used Air Bourne Air for our HVAC replacement. David helped us with a very reasonable and descriptive quote and it was way better than other quotes we got from other vendors. Once we said yes, We got the appointment right next day and the crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job doing the whole work. It took just 3 hours to get our house cooling again. Tech was very friendly and informative. The price of the repair was fair and was completely neatly and quickly. Last but not least the timing between requesting service and the service performed was fair compared to other companies that I made inquiries with.

I asked AirBourne AC & Heating to provide an estimate for replacing my 18 year old R22 system that was on its last legs. I had requested estimates from 4 highly rated HVAC Companies. AirBourne worked harder than the other 3 Companies to get my business and quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns. After my installation was completed David did a walk around the house including an attic inspection as well as the outdoor equipment. He also walked me through setting up my thermostat and reviewed the importance of routine monitoring and maintenance. It’s only been 1 day since my new system was installed but I am very satisfied.

Great company, I had them install a new A/C system and Knight Air PX5 air ionizer for an extremely great price. They have also been doing the Bi-annual maintenance and keeping it running. Highly recommend this company.
