I recently had the pleasure of using JCT Electric for some electrical work, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, they were professional and efficient.
They gave me a very reasonable price. I got quotes from multiple electricians but was quoted almost 3 times the price by some of the other electricians coz they wanted to replace parts that were working fine instead of just repairing the affected areas.
They handled obtaining the city permit, which took a significant burden off my shoulders. The actual work was completed in a remarkably short time – just half a day!

JCT Electric was able to come out on a Sunday within a few hours of my call to update a dryer outlet, in anticipation of my new dryer being installed the next day. Quick, courteous service and communication!

JCT Electric comes highly recommended by me. Not only are their prices very good and competitive, their response time was amazing. I had no electricity in my house and the owner completely understood how urgent it was for me. He assured me that his team would arrive at my house immediately and they did. His team was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. They worked with the electrical provider flawlessly which meant less work for me. Had them install a 50Amp plug for Tesla charging. They came out the next day and charged me a reasonable amount to install. Took about 30. I’ll definitely use them again for my electrical projects.

I had an issue installing a new oven and cooktop, the installer noted an issue with the wiring so I called a proffessional electrician. (JTC). They were able to inspect, analyze, and propose an action plan that would have the appliances working and upgraded my breaker box and some wiring in order to prevent an electrical catastrophe down the road. Thanks JTC for keeping my family safe and allowing us to have our Thanksgiving dinner.

I highly recommend JCT if you are in need of electrical. They repurposed an EV charging outlet for our Mini split so that it had a dedicated plugin. They also ran new outlets for us.

On time, fast, clean and reasonable price for quality work

I called Step Electric Pros on Wednesday needing an emergency having problems with my fuse box. They were out here right away drove from Brownsville to Weslaco. Next day. They came back with a part that they needed installed. It did an awesome job that I referred them. Over to a friend and they went out there installed some lights for them. Their prices are so reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone not like those overpriced Electrician specially those who are not certified. Get someone that’s certified that would be Steps Electric Pros thank you guys for everything

I called Jose at Step Electric Pro in Brownsville for a challenging task. Workers were timely, professional, courteous, fast and efficient. The job although not difficult was challenging since I needed to replace eight baffels and light bulbs on an 18 foot ceiling. The two men made it look easy. Congratulations to them both. I highly recommend Step Electric Pro for all your electricl issues.

I highly recommend José Leija from STEP Electric Pros. Mr. Leija was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He replaced a new outdoor panel and rewire it in no time. He even went above his duties contacting the City for the inspection and spoke to costumer service at MVC when I went to request service. I'll definitely call him again.
