Called Jose Leija at Step Electric Pros Monday morning and Jose was able to set up an appointment that same day late in the afternoon for me. I explained the issue and and they came prepared to fix the issue. His tech was professional and efficient. No doubt I would call and use them again!

Never showed up for estimate. Called with my address (Location) and what I needed and came buy.

I called over the weekend and a call was promptly returned. I told him we might need his services and as it turned out, we needed them to look over the work that was done to make sure the house was not going to go up in flames. We even offered to pay for them coming out. The person on the other phone said they would call by 8 am. I had to call them about 9 am. I was then told someone would come over about midday. I would receive a call first. THEY DID NOT CALL. I tried calling back first on the mobile phone. The person on the other line hung up on me.
So I tried their land line and got the voice mail. I canceled the appointment because it was obvious they were not going to show. It seems to be habit to make appointments and not keep them. Find a reliable electrician who keeps appointments and recommend him in the future. Stay away from this one.

They were able to solve our problem fast. Very professional. When it comes to Electrical Problems you want to make sure you don't sell yourself short. So we got someone who came highly recommended and is certified and had has been doing this for quite awhile.

The electrician caused damage to my furniture and I send them photos. He denied doing it , not even an apology. They accused me of trying to get out of paying 75 bucks when I had hired them before and paid a whole lot more for some light fixtures. Disappointing
