We had a big job done—a complete drain replacement and new water lines throughout the house. overall, i’m really impressed with caleb's plumbing. everett, the manager, was easy to talk to, patient, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. all the plumbers who worked on our home were friendly and professional. leo was the main plumber for our project and he did an excellent job. he always showed up on time, worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and explained what was going on each step of the way. customer service was top notch—they sent appointment reminders, let us know when the plumbers were on the way, and even sent a picture and info about who would be arriving, which made me feel comfortable. it was also really easy to reach someone at the office if i had questions. even though the job took almost a week, the team made the process smooth. i would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing reliable service.
