The employees at Mr Rooter were very helpful. They always answered calls and returned emails right away. They were professional and friendly. I live in San Antonio so my interactions were all over the phone, but I feel I got good value and results. I will recommend them and definitely use them again!

Technicians came out within 30 minutes of my calling them, inspected and found the problem, once I approved the cost , they got right to work on fixing the plumbing issues & also replaced a section of pipe, 3 days total work and work completed to satisfaction

We are happy with Mr. Rooter's service but
I need to recognize Mathew who is one of their employees. We have done business with Mr. Rooter in the past and have been impressed with Mathew's professionalism and customer service skills. He has a friendly attitude and has patience when explaining how he plans on doing the job. We won't hesitate to call them again!

Eli and Miguel did a great job, were very professional and polite. They quickly assessed the need and immediately executed action to repair the leak. They troubleshot the system and affected additional repairs to other components. So glad to have found their company. Will definitely use them for all of my future needs.

Had some major issues with our 61 year old home had to run new gas lines house had a leaking gas line also replaced old water heater with upgraded tankless water heater everything is working great now thank you

Matthew and Eli from Mr. Rooter Plumbing did an outstanding job. Matthew quickly diagnosed our low water pressure issue as a buildup of sediment in the pipes and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very professional, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. Eli worked alongside him and was a great help in getting the job done efficiently. Together, they flushed the lines to restore pressure and made sure to clean up after themselves. We called one day, and they came out that afternoon to assess the issue, then returned the next morning to complete the work. Fast, respectful, and reliable—highly recommend them to anyone in the Rio Grande Valley needing plumbing service. Their hard work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly deserve recognition from their employer.

I called Mr rooter regarding an issue i have been experiencing the past 6 1/2 years. I have called several plumbers and roto rooter (3 x). The plumbers even sent a camera through the line. Roto rooter jetted the line going to the main cleanout and going into the house. They did not find any major issue. Mr rooter technicians, rroberto and Miguel came out, cleaned the line and sent a camera to see what might be causing the issue. It was discovered that spectrum had bored completely through the line, thus creating a dam like area about 70 ft from the house. Today the technicians started early and cut a whole 5 ft X 4 ft and repaired the line. Spectrum has agreed to reimburse what i have spent. The spectrum customer service rep Linda K was so helpful. Given the magnitude and inconvenience I should be angry and cussing. I am so appreciative for the kind and professional representatives of Mr. Rooter and Spectrum that it's a huge weight off of my shoulders. Again thank you!!!!!

The job got done as hopefully expected. Had one water drain at washer and dryer snaked out but honestly felt like I overpaid for the work done. Paid almost 300 and plumbers were 2.5 hours late to the time of arrival I was told. The plumbers were friendly ans did a good job but the company/service see was not what I expected it to be. They also dont give you the quote price until they are at your home. I didn't like that. Also, they quoted me a simple changing of a kitchen Faucet to a new faucet fixture almost 400 dollars. Ridiculously over priced for something as simple as a fixture change. It cost more than the snaking of my drain.

DO NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR ANYTHING.
Nine months ago my daughter contracted Mr. Rooter of Brownsville to replace some PVC pipes to the bathroom shower. Technician came out and made the repairs. However an hour later his repair started leaking badly, she called him and he came out and repaired it again. About 3 hours later it ruptured again. Everyone of the family went out to eat and were not home. When we got home we had wood and synthetic floors, walls cabinets soaked in water that was almost half a foot. She shut off the water supply and called Mr. Rooter again. The senior plumber came out and fixed it correctly. He told daughter to contact our home owner ins. I had an 8 thousand dollar deductible and they only paid for the drying out of the house. She contacted Mr. Rooter and was given a claim form. It has been filled out and submitted. No contact since then. The insurance company does not answer phone calls or emails.

I do not recommend them to repair anything as their warranty is worthless and we have 8 to 10 thousand dollars damage and the price of the materials to buy are getting higher by the day. Also the office on Coria street is only that and we have yet to see anyone there.

I will post more to let everyone know the outcome of this as I am filing a formal complaint with the Board of Insurance and am in contact with a lawyer

Had a clogged line for our geothermal ac unit. Mathew did a great job. Unclogged drain and repaired the pipe. No more water leaks. Our ac is working again 😁

While I've only purchased a few hard to find items from Morrison in the past I stopped in to purchase some Moen replacement parts, rather than sell me two expensive cartridges the staff directed me to Moen website for replacement cartridges that are provided free of charge to customers of the original faucets. This helpful advice saved me hundreds of dollars. A call to Moen and not only are they sending me two cartridges but two additional bathroom sink faucets that are covered under their warranty. Thank you Morrison for being honest and not selling me an item that wasn't urgently needed.
