Was very expensive ..was quoted 350 and they couldn’t fix the problem as I was told would need to get the master plumber .. so then who came to the house to fix the problem two intern kids?!?!? I paid 120 with the promise to come back today to finish the job and didn’t even fix the problem .. wanted to charge me an additional 460 and still said it might not work ..I told them to just leave and I’m out 120 dollars ..I should have gone with my gut when I asked them questions about the job.. they even admitted to me they are not cheap and should probably try someone else .. they don’t work with you on pricing ..

Not professional...couldnt find my residence for a long time. office would not give a quote for a service call.finally looked at the job quote was 100.00 more than another company that i have used and is reliable...i would never call them again

I called Mr. Rooter to replace the filters in my RO drinking water system. They clearly knew what they were doing and ordered the correct filters for the job. They were neat and professional when doing the job and were in and out in under an hour. They brought their own towels to tidy up, although there was minimal leaking in the course of the change in filters. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely grateful to Miguel and Matthew for repairing my shower faucet. It had been leaking for a few days and needed fast repair. They arrived early and worked diligently despite a few setbacks. I'm happy to say "well done."

Miguel and Matthew were very professional informing me with everything that was going to be done. They tested all lines before I signed off on the work and even took pictures of the step by step procedures they did. Two shower fixtures installed and though they were on the pricey side, I am confident that their work was done to spec.

The technician (Miguel) was able to help us with an emergency water leak quickly. It took longer than expected due to issues with the area and existing pipe. He was able to get the water back with no leaks and gave clear explanation on what he needed to do.

Called Mr. Rooter plumbing because my water heater stopped working. It was leaking water and was not heating water. They were able to get me back up and running the same day. Miguel provided excellent customer service and did a great job.
