They do not get the mold under the toilet rim, floors are not cleaned well, dirt in corners. The ceiling fans have a lot of dust. They are always late. I am trying be patient with Covid and they are short staff.

I’m so impressed with the overall appearance of the cleaning in a relatively short time. The ladies were very pleasant and very efficient.

I was confused as to how long the maids would stay. That caused me some anxiety . When quired, iunderstood 5;00p.m. i had to make decisions about which rooms would be cleaned. One room was not cleaned and the hb and prints on the wall were not removed.

What they did clean they did an excellent job.

Unfortunately, the cleaning is below average. Mildew continuously left in the shower, dust on the baseboards, cobwebs in the corners, light fixtures dusty, and some floors look as though they were wet mopped without vacuuming first. They do not move light items or small rugs to vacuum under, do not adequately wipe down items on the bathroom counters, and have damaged walls and trim. It appears that they “spot clean” only and do not pay good attention to detail. I have notified the manager on more than one occasion, sent pictures, walked the space with her, and still no change even though she agreed the cleaning was subpar. 3,000 sqft—2 cleaning—here 1 hour and 15 minutes. Terribly disappointing.

The 1st cleaning was done great even though it was rescheduled to another day at the last minute. The next 3 cleanings seemed to be rushed or rescheduled and not done very well. A lot of things were missed (simple things a blind person could see), their person (Christina) in charge is horrible at communicating back to you on eta of when they will be there, she doesn’t answer the phone half the time, emails or text (we called 12 times 1 day with no answer or call back). When you want to cancel the service because of poor quality of work and inconsistent times / days, she can all of a sudden call you back. She will also call you a liar and argue with you that you are wrong. I work from home and was here during all of it so I know what happened. I would’ve thought a company like this would’ve had a more professional person running a office representing their business but I obviously was wrong. Save your money and time dealing with them!
