I really appreciate the attention to detail that the team does when they come to my house. The ladies really communicate well about what they are doing and always ask if there is anything that needs specific attention. Big shout out to Barbara. You can really tell she cares about the quality of her work. She goes above and beyond.

Santiago and his crew did a beautiful landscaping job for us using river rock, crushed granite, and mulch. The transformation of the area is amazing. It looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!

Called about a problem I am having with a separate company. They offered free advice and a list of things I could do myself to diagnose problems without them having to come out. Very customer orientated. They are on the top of my list for any future work needing to be done.

A+ Sprinklers is the BEST! Eric is responsive and does great work.

I called the company to get a sprinkler system to be reactivated. It is very simple job to do but the guy who answered the called said they are too busy! If you are too busy why bothered to call me back! These kind of careless people one day they beg for work! Good luck to you then!

I have used A+ Sprinklers for several years now for both sprinkler maintenance and landscape projects and I could not be happier. Eric's attention to detail and high standards meant that the final product was even better that what I had envisioned. I now have a lovely koi pond with a waterfall, two raised bed vegetable gardens, and a large bed filled with fruit bearing trees and bushes. Next comes a flagstone patio. Already, my kids and I spend more time in our backyard than we ever did before. Also, when I initially called A+ it was because I believed I had a leak in my system since my backyard was a swamp. Eric came by and in 15 min figured out that my controller settings were off, corrected them, and all I had to pay for was the service call. He could have easily convinced me that the problem was much more complicated and gotten a lot more money out of me, but opted for honesty and integrity instead. I'll be using A+ for as long as I have sprinklers and a landscape!

My overall assessment is proceed with caution. Given the opportunity to do it again, if I was in a time crunch I may chose A + again, as they were quick to respond and perform work. If I was not in a rush, I would probably go with another company. As A +’s pricing seemed a bit higher to me and as a consumer I did not always fully understand their pricing information. Invoices are all hand written and not broken down to corresponding work performed, so it’s harder to tie actual cost to actual work performed.

I would highly recommend Eric for landscaping and irrigation projects. He recently designed and constructed walkways weaving thru my backyard with a couple trellis' and rock accents. Did a great job! A year ago he put in a corner flower garden and raised beds along the patio. He has helped me make my "Happy Place". Also, Eric is very knowledgeable in setting up irrigation systems helping me to program and manage my irrigation system. Very nice young man - knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.
