I have used Merry Maids for over 40 years. Although all the teams do a great job, Barbara and her team are the best. My house shines when they are done.

Bottom of toilets and behind are being missed. This week the toliet in my jack and jill bathroom still has a ring in the bowl. Cleaning floors are hit and miss, definitely not consistantly cleaned. Had to ask for my ceiling fans to be cleaned after well over a month. If I want furniture polished I have to ask, otherwise dust is just pushed off. Would be nice if the list on website for routine cleaning was being followed. People are sweet and kind but the customer should not have to complain to get the basics being paid for.

Very friendly and quick. Showed up earlier than scheduled time and knocked out our entire house within an hour. Will definitely call again.

I just started using this service and I am deeply appreciative to the hard working women. However they cleaned this last Thursday and forgot to clean some stuff. So they came out again Friday and still forgot to clean the kitchen and one bathroom floor. However both floor you can see they need cleaned. Sorry I am always positive. But just a little disappointed. They come this Thursday so will see. I was told the first clean was a deep clean .

signed up for a deep clean and the crew that came in was in and out in under 2 hours. They did not clean our shower, light fixtures, kitchen back splash, base boards, etc.

the manager said they are going to send in a new cleaning crew at no charge to fix the issues. hopefully they do a better job.

Mariah and her team were wonderful! They cleaned every part of my house efficiently and thoroughly.

They did a great job cleaning! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that they took some of my cleaning supplies. My roommate had left some stuff to use for after the cleaners did a general clean. (We were moving out, and so lots had to be done.) When she got to the apartment, the maids has taken (or used?) the paper towels and the magic erasers. So that kinda sucked.

But they did a great job and even cleaned the porch! So I’ll take it!

Look, it is a blessing to have someone else do the things we hate doing. I love how my team is like family, they know exactly what I want and are always happy when they walk in the door. I go into the office w my three dogs and when I come out my house literally sparkles, it’s like the team has super powers. Love it. Thank you. A special shout out to Cathy, you are a fresh breath of air in a society that has forgotten what customer service is, you deserve to be acknowledged for your want to keep customers happy!!!

Always on time, they do a great job, they're friendly and fast. I tried another local place first. They only sent 1 girl that staid on her phone the whole time, it took her almost all day, she didn't bring her own equipment, charged a lot more money, and left the place visibly dirty, didn't even put trash bags back in the cans. I wish I'd gone with Merry Maids first. Much more reasonable price, they really clean everything, always 2 people, they ask you to verify it's up to standards before they leave, bring all their own equipment.

The cleaning team does a great job. Very thorough and helpful. Jaylin and Kevin are the best cleaning team. Appreciate the work they do.

We started our service right before Christmas last year. The first deep clean was AMAZING. I was told that the other cleans included 2 rooms for deep clean, which I always asked for the kithen and Master bath. The blinds in the kitchen have NEVER BEEN touched (we just did them ourselves) Attached are picture from the DAY OF our cleaning last Wed. after they left 6/3/20. Soap scum on glass door only cleaned the first time. I am STRONGLY considering getting another quote or 2 from someone else. Thank you D. Shaar

The ladies at Merry Maids were wonderful. Due to a electronic malfunction the cleaning crew couldn't get into our house. They were so accommodating-- they fit us in the next day and saved the day! Thank you Merry Maids!

You have a great team with Jaylian and Kevin. They are very polite and professional . They come in with smiles on their faces and always ask how I am doing. Then they get work and don't stop until the job is done. My home smells and looks great. They are a 5 star team !
