Our AC went out Friday evening and I called around and was able to get someone to come check it out next day, however that company said they wouldn’t be able to fix it till Monday or Tuesday next week because the warehouses were closed and they wouldn’t be able to get the part I needed . My son referred me to Oasis Services, he contacted them, gave them all the information that they needed and advised me that they would be able to get one from their warehouse. They came out Saturday afternoon and their Techs got to work quickly as the temperature was extremely hot outside. They said that they would stay until everything was up and running which they did and at 9:30 at night. I had my AC back. I am truly thankful and blessed for their quick services.

Very professional and knowledgeable of what was going on with my unit. Turned out that I needed a new capacitor, and then unit was very dusty/ dirty and needed to be cleaned. They were out here with an hour and fixed all the repairs. I would highly recommend them for all AC service repairs, I am now on a routine schedule to have my AC unit serviced twice a year. In late January 2025 right before a central Texas cold snap our furnace stopped working on a Friday. Richard and his team were able to source and install a furnace the next day. His team was fast and efficient. The price was good and we were set before the cold snap hit! I can’t say enough about how good their service was!

We noticed our AC had a problem and got the run around for our actual AC company and decided to call Oasis Services instead. They worked with our schedule and were out to check it out first thing Monday morning. They evaluated, explained everything about what they were looking for and what they found and fixed it right away. We personally had Ken and Fernando service us and they were awesome! They’re not the type of people to push the most expensive service, but rather give you all of the options and explain the pros and cons of each. Richard and his team did a great job. Our existing A/C system died and he was able to get the system replaced the day after we approved the bid. He fully explained our options and we are very pleased with the performance of the system. I am set up with alerts from Austin energy and the week after the system was installed I got a notice that my energy usage was lower than last week. The old system used to run all of the time and not really cool the house down. This new one gets it cold and then turns off. The team came back a few days later to make sure everything was running and did some fine tuning of the settings and set all of the baffling in the ducts to optimize the system. I am really pleased with the system and the level of service. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C work. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience with this HVAC company! Our house was pushing 90° and we were desperate for a fix. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and by 8pm had a brand new unit installed and everything cooling off. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Oasis did an excellent job on my new Goodman HVAC system installation. They even uncovered a hidden underlying issue that we had no clue even existed - mold in the supply plenum!! Jesus and his crew replaced the indoor coil, the condenser unit, the gas furnace and installed two brand new thermostats. Jesus and his crew were very professional, courteous and prompt. They were clean, friendly and didn't leave a mess or stain the carpet. Even our dog, Lucky Rider, liked them and he doesn't like anybody! Richard, the owner, was also great in keeping us informed and updated during the installation process.
