Wow, what a lifesaver! Cool Kings AC swooped in like knights in shining armor when we were in a pinch. Our Nest thermostat wiring got accidentally snipped by another contractor during a bathroom remodel, leaving us without heating or cooling control. But Cool Kings AC not only responded promptly to our distress call but also managed to schedule a same-day appointment. Their technician arrived equipped with the necessary tools and expertise, quickly identifying and rewiring the Nest thermostat back to functionality. Not only was their service efficient, but the technicians also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar mishaps in the future. With Cool Kings AC, professionalism, punctuality, and proficiency are clearly their forte. Highly recommended for anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you Cool Kings Team!

My furnace went out during the cold snap this week. I called Cool Kings to schedule a service as I had used them before and were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like other HVAC providers. Levi came out and was awesome and personable. He discussed in detail what was wrong with my furnace and showed me the part that failed. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. I had him check my other system out and said it looked good though a competitor
said I needed to replace it a year earlier. I highly recommend them. Ask for Levi.

Cool King presents themselves as a family owned & operated, "local" business. I scheduled a one time maintenance service for $89. Long story short read the Nektarios Morrow review.... exact replica of "evaporate coil problem" and it was identified by two other service companies both confirming
a "compacitor" issue. Both service companies confirmed there was no evaporator coil issue! When I asked for receipt of service and checklist upon service they had no paperwork to give me. He said he could send me pictures & paperwork. They were "nice" but extremely unprofessional. The whole visit was trying to change out the evaporated coil, and or purchase a entire system, and provided nothing in their findings. Bottom line these guys are liars trying to make a buck at the expense of "their local" community. After not receiving any paperwork or pictures after 3/4 days, I called the office. The owner referred to me as sweetheart, and quick to defend lack of receipt of service, paperwork and pictures. He finally emailed a copy of service reading nothing more than maintenance service, and need a evaporated coil for $2800 + labor. Sent a picture of the outside condenser? A few more stupid pictures that were dark? Again to reiterate, the two other services had a checklist of very clear & concise things that were tested and very clear pictures of what they took. I "unrecommended" neighbors and others that inquired of their service. I don't appreciate being lied to and taking up my time.

Cool Kings has now become my go-to HVAC company! My client needed them to verify the AC in the home they were about to purchase and they were able to come out the next day, and verified everything about the system, giving my client the confidence they needed to move forward with the purchase of the home. Cool Kings was extremely responsive, put me in touch with the tech that installed the system originally so I could ask him questions and then scheduled the service call for the next morning. The tech (Levy) did an awesome job checking out the system and answering my client's questions about it - even giving them tips and resources to keep the system maintained. I will definitely use them in the future and refer clients to them as well. Great job and thank you!!!

Texas Heat, Buying Local & Why Relationships Matter
Today, Cool King installed two new systems for us, and we couldn’t be happier. In Texas, if you don’t have a relationship with an AC company you’re lucky – you’re beating the heat with a working system. But when you do need help, having someone who is knowledgeable, fast and fair is an absolute must, especially when we run 100 days of 100+.

We were able to pull another 5 years of life out of both our now 25 year old systems thanks for Cool Kings. The trust and goodwill earned by Cool Kings over the last 5 years made them the only company we would use. In less than 48 hours after receiving the quote the new units installed and fired-up. And they were installed by THREE GENERATIONS of a local family-owned business, the parts came from a supply house down the road too. You can’t get more local than that.

The reviews and pages here and across Google, Yelp and other social media are all constantly raving about Cool Kings. That’s how we found them and why we so thrilled to have them be our only go-to. Unfortunately, with these new systems I won’t be seeing Corey and Team for years to come aside from when we run into each other at the store!

Had a great experience with Colton and Levi. My heater was making a rumbling noise and wasn't working as it should so I found Cool Kings through my neighborhood facebook group and they didn't disappoint. Friendly and fast service. Colton and Levi were very responsive, helped me understand the process and what needed to be done, and were punctual. I love the call 15 minutes before they arrived so I could put dogs up and be ready for them to arrive. I'd recommend their service and expertise to anyone. They're also avid disc golfers and gave me some great recommendations on nearby courses and places to buy disks for beginners. Overall these gentlemen felt like neighbors/ friends and provided a great experience.

Cool kings fixed our Heating/AC thermostat system that the builders forgot to install correctly that was causing our air to constantly run. Cool Kings is one of the most professional and honest heating and cooling company that you can find in Central Texas. I highly recommend their services. Their quality and expertise is the best on all levels!!!

I've had a great friendship with the owners and operators of this company. They are family oriented and true to their word, me buying my first home at 27 in Buda , I called them immediately knowing the house I bought was a original unit and needed a refresh. Once I called cool kings they came out worked their hearts out to make sure we were taken care , but not only because they are family, but they treat every customer as family. I want to thank Levi, Corey and the crew for their great quality in performance and service. hats off to the guys that deal with the heat and the winter times, is when we need it most. Cory is a good dude. Our AC went out last summer during August. He sent Levi out and they worked with us to get it fixed immediately for a much better cost than anyone else was offering. They were professional and did great work when replacing our unit. A year later now and our thermal expansion valve locked up and the cold air stopped blowing. These guys came out same day and worked it out. They drove all the way to San Marcos to get the part and had our AC working almost immediately. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Levi and his crew were very cool and knowledgeable. Got my AC replaced super quick, professionally, and everything works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier—5 stars all the way!

Great Service! We would use this company again, for sure! Our downstairs AC went out yesterday afternoon. We called two other ac repair companies. The first one couldn't come out for two weeks and the other company didn't answer their phone. I called Cool Kings because of all the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Melissa answered the phone right away, I explained the problem and she said they would be able to come out this afternoon! Wow! Amazing! Levi Lutrick and Gavin showed up right at the time they quoted. The capacitor had gone out on the downstairs unit. Levi had it up and running in less than 25 minutes. Levi and Gavin came inside to make sure the air was blowing, and it was. We introduced them to our Golden Retriever, Lady, who loves them. Thank you guys!

We had an issue with our AC unit in the middle of summer, and this company came out right away. Two other companies told us we needed to replace the entire unit, but Corey the owner quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it was repairable. I really appreciate their honesty and fast response—especially during the hottest time of year. Thanks to them, our AC is working great again without the unnecessary expense of a replacement.

We have used Chuck's for years. Michael is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He kept in touch before the appointment. Arrived on time, answered all my questions and explained things well. Love the fast, friendly and fabulous service

Second post - I am very pleased with Chuck's A/C. When the first fix didn't hold, they came right back out to keep digging to find the underlying issue. I appreciated the oversight and attention to detail, as well as their extremely friendly and accommodating folks. Such a pleasure to work with them when we are feeling hot and stressed out.

The two tech reps from Chuck's were very thorough & explained everything they were doing. Showed me several things I was not aware of in my system.
