My system threw an error code that I didnt know about. Chuck's saw it on their end and was out to fix it immediately. They were fast and professional with the initial install and the maintenance work. We will always use them for our HVAC needs

I initially selected Chuck's AC because they are a family owned business, and that is getting harder and harder to find. I have worked with them now for years as I own a couple of rental properties plus my home. I cannot say enough good things about the team, their service and their willingness to come back when there are issues. I normally don't post reviews, but they recently went above and beyond and wanted to share my experience.

Everyone dreads a broken AC unit when it’s a hot day. However, I just had my AC fixed by Chuck’s Air Conditioning Repair and it was as painless as it could possibly be, I’m elated that I found them on Google. Jarrod, the technician, was at my home in less than an hour and my AC was fixed so we could enjoy the remainder of the day. I can’t say enough positive things about Jarrod. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and worked hard getting the repairs done. Even better was the reasonable cost. If you’re in need of HVAC service, call Chuck’s, they are the best in Austin!!

Service person Miguel is very knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything , provided good information about my AC system and the condition it's in.

We had a great experience with Chuck’s AC. We called on a Monday afternoon on Tuesday morning. Josh arrived right on time. He performed maintenance on our two units as well as replaced a part that was not fully functioning, at a reasonable price. I will call them the next time I need any work done on my AC. They were professional and reasonably priced, quick to respond and friendly.

Miguel came out to check my HVAC system since the AC was not blowing cold air. He determined that the necessary repairs would be almost impossible since my unit is being phased out. He put together a few quotes and walked me through financing options for a replacement unit.He got me in position to have “cool” air for a few days on the old system and scheduled an install for next day of the new unit. Miguel explained my options and the situation exceptionally well.

I’m so happy with Chuck’s A/C … they are prompt, efficient, courteous and so very nice. Today they replaced some things to prevent leaks - I believe that preventive care is the very best thing! Thanks for one more great experience!
