Technicians showed up early in scheduled time block and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and respectful. Went above and beyond what we asked for. We highly recommend and will definitely call Del’s again to help with HVAC needs.

Rico is knowledgeable, a thorough professional and very efficient. He troubleshooted our HVAC unit very quickly and explained the issue as well. At no point did he try to hard sell to us.

Del’s ac is the BEST! They installed new ac last year and it works sooo good. It keeps house and mini apartment nice and cool. I got maintanance agreement and that was done today. Rico, is the one that keeps it all going, very efficient and nice and polite.

Great initial visit and great crew. True professional service from first phone call to completing installation. As a repeat customer who previously needed HVAC repair, I knew I could trust Del’s with selling and installing a brand new unit. Would highly recommend!

This company was so great to do business with. Not only did they come out super quickly (within two hours of calling in AND at the peak of August heat), they fixed the problem and it didn’t break the bank. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!

WARNING. These guys are the worst. They came for a regular checkup of my 2 air conditioning units. Then told me I needed to replace both units (> $16,000) because copper lines were leaking. Had a second opinion and they told me the units are in good shape! These same units worked for 12 more years, until I sold my home. This was a potential robbery at its finest.

I am writing this review after 15 years because it irks me to this day. Just be warned.

Del's has serviced my air-conditioning and hearing unit for almost 4 years. I've been extremely happy with their work and would never call any other company. They have come to my rescue very promptly many times. Thank you, Rico, for always doing an excellent job

I highly recommend Dell Airconditioning. We had an issue over the weekend and a tech came out in a timely manner and fixed the problem. All of their techs that we have dealt with have been very pleasant and professional.

We've used Del's for years and just had them install two new units after our 22 year old A/Cs bit the dust. They're always friendly and provide great service at an affordable price.

We received a 'maintenance' indicator on our thermostat. I called Del's and spoke to an individual by the name of Jeff. He took my information and set up the appointment for the same day, in the early afternoon.
The two technicians, Rico and Paco, arrived at the time scheduled. They were professional and courteous.
They checked the heating unit and the thermostat. The thermostat needed to be replaced. They replaced the thermostat, checked the AC unit, to be certain the thermostat was properly connected to it as well. They pointed out to me, some other maintenance issues with our AC.
I will be following up with them regarding those concerns.
All work was done timely and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Del's to anyone wanting quality service.

I’ve been using Del’s for a loooong time, and the reason is simple- they get the job done right, they are reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. This time around, Rico was able to locate the problem with my AC in a few minutes and he got to work getting everything up and running in no time. Del's put in our present HVAC system after the 2021 "Snowpocalypse. During the time of that winter storm, I called Del's because we had no heat, and the owner of the company himself came out to my house to get us back online with heat. My unit is in the attic, so this wasn't an easy job. I was impressed that they came out at all because all the other companies I called were so busy. When it was time to replace the unit several months later, I got several prices and did tons of research and talked with several companies and Del's price was the most reasonable. I have had a service contract with them for a twice a year check and cleaning and I have been very happy with them.

Del put one in for me years ago. It worked great until one day, it stopped. Del came right over, showed me how to operate my thermostat and didn't charge me for his valuable time. My HVAC company forever.

I called Del's Heating and Air Conditioning in the late evening hours and reported that our AC was not cooling in August (HOT!). Del's had a technician on our property the next day in less than 15 hours. The technician resolved the problem promptly (had the defective part with him) and we had a working AC again before lunch that day. The technician was friendly, personable, and efficient. We will be setting up a maintenance service plan with Del's! Very pleased with their service!

My AC suddenly stopped working on a weekend (of course!). Del had a technician on site within an hour. Rico did an excellent job of diagnosing the obscure problem and had us back up and running very quickly. Great service!

It's been an interesting journey. We had a new system put in this year by Del's H&A. Then the blower went out. They were prompt in checking it out, saying there was a short but that it been corrected. A few weeks later, it went out again. They again were prompt, this time indicating the motor needed to be replaced. Once the motor was available, they put it in quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later, now with cooler weather, the heating part of the system did not come on when it should. They were once more prompt in fixing things. All covered by warranty.

We have been customers of Del's for numerous years. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and personable. And, they are trustworthy, i.e., we don't worry about being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge regarding heating and air conditioning!

Rico showed up in a great mood and helped me to troubleshoot a furnace that wasn't turning on. I had worked on it myself for a couple of days and had already spent more money than the total amount Del's charged for the repair. I will be calling them again in the hopefully not to near future with any additional repairs I need.
