They were here really quick and seemed very professional. They had no issues answering the questions I have and let me know what was going on. They were very cooperative and transparent. I'll hire them again.

Greg's Heating and Air did a great job. I had Radiant come out to see what my problem was and long story short, they quoted approximately $8,000 and didn't do any work to try to fix my air condition but charged $178 to come to the house. I wanted to get a second opinion and I called Greg'a Heating and Air, they came out quickly fix the problem, checked the system, cleaned the system and charged me approximately $450 and the air condition was cooling and working when he left. An electrical problem was identified and Greg's Heating recommended a company for the job. I am very happy and will call them again if needed.

Isaac did our fall checkup on the furnace. He was here promptly as expected and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue using Greg's Heating and Air.

So Greg and his team did a 2.O attic and ac overhaul.
Can't say enough positive things.
House is much more comfortable.

I use Greg's for their biannual HVAC tune-up service, and it's always done with professionalism and friendliness. Twice a year they organize a visit to check up on the system, and give me their assessment (so far no issues found).

Our AC drain line was clogged and causing damaging leaks. Greg's guys made a valiant effort to clear it, but with no luck. Our options were to add a condensation pump or replace the line altogether, which meant going into the wall.

We really didn't want to have the wall torn out but also wanted the problem fixed right. Greg personally assured us the crew he had for this kind of work was experienced and top notch. He was not wrong.

The guys who showed up got straight to work, first preparing the work area for easy cleanup. They knew exactly where to cut to minimize the damage and make it easier to repair. And they reconfigured the drain line near our unit, adding an additional safety switch among other smart changes.

We'll be calling Greg again for our future heat and AC needs.

Creating an HVAC system for a small 1,700 single story house with up to 20 foot ceilings could be challenging however Greg was able to design and install a perfect system - balanced airflow, efficient and quiet - at a very reasonable price. Norman just replaced the filters which was needed due to all the construction - great dependable service and quality workmanship all around.

Had a great experience with Greg's Heating and Air. They were super responsive and quick to come out and fix the issue. Their pricing is VERY reasonable too. I will 100% use them again and refer them out to other clients and neighbors!

I contacted Greg’s Heating and Air for installation of a new thermostat and to get the A/C unit tuned up, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Great communication from start to finish. Isaac was extremely professional throughout the entire process. After the tune-up, Isaac provided some excellent recommendations to improve the efficiency and longevity of my unit. There was no pressure to purchase anything, which I really appreciated. Since the service, my A/C has been running smoothly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Our A/C stopped working, and the company we used to use in San Marcos is no longer reliable, the old man that used to be there isn't there anymore.

So we called Greg's and they are fantastic. All they had to do was blow the clog out, but they did more than that. They tested it numerous times and found that the loop of the drainage wasn't good so they adjusted what the previous company had done and made it better. And there was no charge for doing that.

Greg was very helpful over the phone before even coming out to narrow down the specific issue to allow for more efficiency when his technician arrived. Quoted a job (3 hour window on a work day) then came out to do it (3 hour window on another work day) but turned around and left after deciding they “would lose $2000” on the job.

That number didn’t really make any sense given that their quote was only $800 off from the other quote we received. Unfortunate waste of everybody’s time.

We gradually became very disappointed with our long-time AC service company over the last couple of years so when our AC decided to take some time off the other day, it seemed a good time to move on.

There were several on the internet that presented well and had many good comments. But I kept going back to Greg's. Tons of great comments, but there's something extra, something different there, too: Greg himself has years of experience and is knowledgeable and capable of delivering what one hopes for when hiring AC help, but there's also the sense that he loves his business and wants his clients to love it also.

To that end, the tech (Isaac, I think) could not have done more. Communicated arrival time and actually arrived even a bit sooner, showed great interest and intention of solving the problem, for starters. He was very thorough in evaluating the issue and meticulous in satisfying himself that the AC was working perfectly when done.

In addition, I also appreciate the ease of contacting, the great communication, the time windows and the flat rates.
