Jacob was friendly and competent, and I believe that he did a good job of diagnosing our problem and fixing it. He replaced our aging and complex Thermostat with a modern Honeywell device.

ProCure did a service call for our house and sent the technician Jacob. They were very proficient and professional and very fast. I would continue to use them over woods or Johnwayne any day. They will let you know what they are doing and not just do things without your acknowledgement like other companies. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed. If there was 10 stars they would get it!!!

Daniel did our maintenance check up on our new Carrier Air Conditioner and Heater. He did a great and thorough job. He is the best!

David from ProCure came out yesterday and fixed my AC, which had been out for 5 days after another company (Ava's air conditioning and heating) fixed it once and then after it went out a second time AVAS told me I needed a new compressor and did not even bother to look at the unit on their second visit ($4700 plus tax for the compressor). So I called Procure to get a second opinion. David came out within an hour, quickly identified a bad capacitor and replaced it and just as soon as the new capacitor was in, I felt cold air coming out of the vents and our system has been working fine since the repair. I would highly recommend ProCure to anyone who needs quick and quality service.

Update 8.04.2025: I ended up buying the ProCure maintenance plan for my upstairs and downstairs units. ProCure checks every aspect of your system twice a year. David came out today and I could not believe the amount of work he did as part of the maintenance plan. Checking both units in detail, sucking out our water pans, blowing out drain lines, checking airflow and coolant, cleaning debris off units and washing them both, and a lot more. My outside units are pretty old but now they look brand new. I was shocked when I saw how nice they looked! He even got rid of a wasp nest that my pest control guys were supposed to remove and tore down some vines to make sure there were no airflow obstructions. The maintenance plan is a really good deal for the number of items they cover and it's a great way to prevent unexpected repairs. David did an outstanding job for me again!

1st time using ProCure and Jose did a great job checking my Heating furnace! Answered any questions I had. Will definately use them again!

Your tech who I wanted to replace my thermostat tried to scare me by saying "You have a crack in your heat exchange. I can't in good conscious replace your thermostat because the carbon monoxide could kill you and your family in their sleep."
This was 2 days after my wife had brain radiation treatment along with the cold streak. We had to go without heat during the Thanksgiving holiday.
I had a certified HVAC inspector come and inspect my system. There was nothing wrong with it.
In my opinion your company will reap what you are sowing. Please feel free to lose our number.

The HVAC maintenance was completed as it should be (despite of the fact that it was rescheduled not on my initiative). My concern is with the quote I received to replace a potentially worn HVAC fuse box: the quote was for $435 (with discount), which is ridiculous! The new box itself costs $50 (at maximum), plus, say, labour is $100 (very generous). So why it is 3 times more? I'll definitely look for another option to replace the fuse box.

When my old A/C died this week, I got 4 bids for a new 5 Ton unit for my 3,300 ft.sq. home. Daniel S. of ProCure beat all the other bids and gave me the #1 brand, Carrier. The install happened the following morning and my house is cool and comfortable again. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly, and personally checked that all the components worked perfectly. I would highly recommend ProCure to friends and family for your A/C needs!

Would highly recommend using this company. Jacob came out to work on our A/C. He was beyond superb and professional walked me through everything he was doing so that I was informed and could make educated decisions on what I could afford and needed to be done. He preformed a 40 point inspection on our AC . Found that the capacitor on our unit was not the correct one and was not drawing enough voltage to allow our AC to perform properly constantly turning the fan on and struggling he replaced it within seconds and got our system back on and instantly noticed vast improvement in our airflow and cooling time

We had a fantastic experience with ProCure. Our first contractor came through our home warranty and provided a very matter-of-fact diagnosis along with an outrageous price for a part they claimed we needed—assuming the warranty denied the claim, which it ultimately did. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from ProCure. Jose came out, gave us a thorough explanation, and walked us step by step through the process of identifying the real issue. It turned out to be a manufacturing defect in the AC, not the problem the first contractor claimed. Had we gone with the original diagnosis, we would’ve spent money on an unnecessary part and still had a broken AC. We’re incredibly grateful for ProCure’s honesty and expertise.

Daniel is the best, super personable- informative and incredibly nice. He explained to me the whole time what he was seeing with my A/C Unit and what should be happening. Answered all my questions, was really knowledgeable and he honestly just has a great personality!

José did a great job performing the winter maintenance on our HVAC system. He is knowledgeable & explained everything he did. He also answered all my questions about today’s readings compared to the past readings. We’ll be renewing our annual membership that includes maintenance visits twice a year, and discounts on repairs.

Technician Daniel Sicilia did a very fine job! He was very professional and took his time to explain my options and the benefits of each individual systems. The install crew were fantastic and very efficient. Office staff is also very helpful. Sarah was great at following up and making sure everything was fine with my equipment and helped me with finishing up my paperwork over the phone. I highly recommend these guys.

ProCure Heating & Air was a great company. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. They took the time to immediately contact me after I scheduled the appointment online. The office staff was very pleasant and asked all of the right questions to make sure the technician was informed of issues prior to coming on-site. Jacob, the HVAC expert technician, was on-time, a kind young man and knew exactly how to provide maintenance on my mini-split unit. He got the unit fixed up quickly and efficiently.

The AC in our house hasn't cooled more than 10 degrees since we moved in. We had multiple companies out for repairs and quotes, but ProCure gave us the best experience by far. Zach calculated how much air flow we'd need, taking into account our numerous vaulted ceilings. They gave us a great price on a new unit, and Zach and Jacob didn't leave until everything was working perfectly, staying late so we could pick up a new thermostat when ours was incompatible with the new system and installing it for free. I would definitely recommend them for their excellent service and value.

Jacob my maintenance provider was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, took a lot of time explaining the diff between types of HVAC available and gave his recommendations, didn’t try to pitch me at all ( my units are old). $ reasonable for yearly service plan, Melissa was excellent with customer service and follow through as well, highly recommend!👍

If I could give Daniel 6 stars I would. He was honest, gave us a great quote, and spent 3 hours inspecting our system to suggest a similar replacement. The ONLY reason we didn't go with ProCure is because another company offered us 0% interest for 5 years and that was helpful to us right now. I will 100% refer my friends to ProCure and specifically, Daniel.

Do not recommend. They did the wiring in the incorrect order so it was over or under voltage when the heat was turned on, burning up the brand new motor. This mistake could have been fixed and made right, but instead I was told a 15k full replacement was my only affordable option. I'm so glad I got another opinion. They did give me a refund at least for their faulty repairs, but owning up and fixing it would have been better.
