We had an AC that wasn't cooling, and even though it's "FALL" in Texas, it's still 90+ degrees. Del's team was able to send someone out on a Sunday after a call the day before, which is pretty fast service. The technician Rico texted that he could show up early and was available 30.minutes before our appointment. He was courteous and very knowledgeable, and tested a variety of things. He discovered the issue (a dead part) and had the replacement from his truck installed ASAP. He suggested an additional service that we will be booking and we will be calling Del's when it's time to replace the whole system. A great experience and good value for the money.

Rico and Francisco did a great job for us. They listened as I explained the issue. They quickly reviewed our system setup. Rico accurately diagnosed the issue within minutes, and the tow of them implemented a creative, temporary fix to keep us cool while we wait for the replacement part.

I look forward to their follow up visit next week, when they will install the broken part and get us back to normal.

Amazing service!! I called Del’s today for an issue and they responded the same day and was able to fix the issue. Rico the technician was super nice and helpful! He explained the issue very well and how to keep it from happening again. Great job and great service. We will definitely be using Del’s again!

Our AC had different issues twice in the span of one month. For both times, Del's was responsive and professional, even offering to come sooner than the scheduled repair date if they finished another job early. Our technician took time to explain and show me the issues/solutions as he worked. They took care of us in this crazy Texas heat and earned some loyal customers!

I’m so impressed with the kindness and expertise of each employee I’ve worked with at Del’s. Last night my AC started making this awful sound and the motor was working hard to try to spin the fan. I emailed a video to Del’s AC email and they responded first thing this morning anticipating I would need a new motor. They were able to squeeze me into their day, brought the correct part and I’m back in service before the temps return to the 90s again. I don’t like to ever need AC repairs, but Del makes the process efficient and honest. Highly recommended.

Rico, our technician, delivered outstanding service! He exceeded the performance of the previous three technicians combined. He arrived 10 minutes early, was very consultative, and didn't try to upsell us. Five stars all around! I will definitely choose Del and specifically request Rico for future needs.

I called Del’s to check on my original unit because it was not cooling. The unit was 20+ years old and in need of replacement. Del’s replaced my AC and heater units. They did an exceptional job, showing up on the scheduled appointment and on time! They had my new system installed, tested, and ready to go in what seemed like minutes. It's Thanksgiving and David came by to fix our heating and air unit. He had it fixed in less than 20 minutes and the price was way less than we expected. He was very nice. I highly recommend them!

Rico and Francisco did a great job. They were knowledgeable and personable. Also, I highly recommend Del’s. They came the very day I called them, and arrived earlier than scheduled. They have a tracking system that keeps you updated on the technician’s location.

Del's has done a wonderful job with our heating and cooling needs. They are a trusted advisor for evaluating an existing system as part of a home purchase to installing new systems.

I called Del's at 2pm on a Friday afternoon because my heat pump compressor would not turn on. The unit has recently been recharged by another company around a month prior, but just quit. Del's was able to get a tech out by 5pm which was awesome on such short notice. Rico, the tech, was amazing. He was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why and I appreciated this very much! Rico was very thorough with his troubleshooting and determined that the unit was overcharged, and as a result, the onboard controller was keeping the unit from engaging. He also determined that the capacitor was on its way out (supposed to be 35 MFD and tested at 26). He recovered some refrigerant to get the levels back in check and replaced the cap and we were back in business. I appreciate Del's getting someone out on short notice on a Friday and appreciate Rico's professionalism and being so thorough. My only complaint is the $350 charge for the $30 capacitor.

Del’s ac is the BEST! They installed new ac last year and it works sooo good. It keeps house and mini apartment nice and cool. I got maintanance agreement and that was done today. Rico, is the one that keeps it all going, very efficient and nice and polite.

Great initial visit and great crew. True professional service from first phone call to completing installation. As a repeat customer who previously needed HVAC repair, I knew I could trust Del’s with selling and installing a brand new unit. Would highly recommend!

This company was so great to do business with. Not only did they come out super quickly (within two hours of calling in AND at the peak of August heat), they fixed the problem and it didn’t break the bank. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Edited in February: These guys were absolutely fantastic! Just got a new HVAC unit installed. Excellent customer service and excellent product!

WARNING. These guys are the worst. They came for a regular checkup of my 2 air conditioning units. Then told me I needed to replace both units (> $16,000) because copper lines were leaking. Had a second opinion and they told me the units are in good shape! These same units worked for 12 more years, until I sold my home. This was a potential robbery at its finest.

I am writing this review after 15 years because it irks me to this day. Just be warned.
