This is our first time using Greg's Heating and Air based on a recommendation from our son. Zachary showed up within the given time frame and gave us the head's up he was on the way. He was so thorough checking out our system and replacing the filter in the attic. We will definitely use them again

Very easy team to work with! I called to set up annual service and the team was about to be at my house with the week. The technician, Bob, was knowledge, respectful, and honest. I would highly recommend this company. :)

terrible tech, they couldn’t figure out how to find a leak, had to call in back up, probably took 3 hours to identify problem, and they charged $500 to diagnose and replace a connector. I asked what the labor cost and material cost, “ we don’t bill that way, only by job”. I then received a quote via text to fix leak (never spoke with anyone) for $2,700, I found someone to fix the issue and diagnose for $875. Would never use again or recommend.

Service was prompt. They even called me to come over earlier than my scheduled appointment. They ran a routine diagnostic check on my heater and quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for efficient and good service.

First of all, Greg answered the phone in the evening just before 7pm. I was scheduled for the next day. The technician was on time and asked me before doing further diagnosis. He fixed my Trane unit and the charges were very reasonable. It was very straightforward and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

We contacted Greg’s on recommendation from a colleague and were very pleased with the service. Our ancient AC system died the big death while temps were over 90 degrees daily. They were quick to respond, were able to schedule a new system installation within a couple of days, and got the job done beautifully. The new system is excellent, their pricing was quite reasonable (with a significant discount if you pay by cash/check), and their staff were great. Robert did the initial inspection of the dead system and gave us a couple of options based on what I said we wanted/needed, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Isaac and Jose G. did the system installation and were quick and as unobtrusive as one can be when hauling and installing large pieces of machinery. They even plugged a small hole in our air intake space where some mice were getting in and causing trouble. We will absolutely be sticking with them for any future HVAC needs we might have in the future and would recommend them without reservation.

Greg’s heat is the only company I’ll use in Austin TX. Fair, honest and quality work. Also I love that Greg actually picks up the phone! It’s alway great to see the owner so involved in his business.

Tech arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and maintenance on our system. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all of my questions re: ducting and UV lamp options.

Great team working here! They are very responsive, I haven't experienced long wait times for service and trust their advice. So happy to have established a relationship with them as I now rent out that home and live far away. Good to know I can depend on them from afar!

The guys that came out today were absolutely great. They arrive quickly and had my thermostat replaced really fast and they were really nice and I appreciate that very much. I will definitely call you again if I have any more problems

a/c quit Thursday evening. Called and they scheduled appointment for Friday morning. They were at our house by 8:30. Our system was 23 years old. They gave us options to try and repair or get new compressor and furnace. We chose new. Rico and his crew (3 total) were done by 3:30. Price was fair and manners and service unbelievable. Thanks to Freddie in the office also. Great company!

I’ve had Del’s out multiple times now. I tried using a different company recently and I wish I had called Del’s first. The Tech from Del’s was able to get to the cause of our issue quickly and resolve it in less than an hour, when I had tried twice with another company to address the same issue over a couple weeks. Money well spent, they were thorough and efficient and knowledgeable.

Del’s is a quality small business which stands behind their service work. Rico & Francisco are two of their knowledgeable servicemen who got the cooling & heating issues resolved & working efficiently. I am very thankful to Del’s Air Conditioning & Heating!

Del's Heating and Air has been the best AC/Heat company we've ever used. They respond quickly, do great work, and are always friendly and honest. They installed a new heat pump system in our house last year. The new system has been a huge improvement for us and the service they continue to provide is excellent. I recommend them without reservation when anyone needs AC service.

Great experience as always. I called Jeff yesterday afternoon and he had Joseph out today at 8AM to diagnose and repair our unit. Can't beat that!

Was great. Tech was pleasant and professional. Quickly found the problem - apparently I had somehow turned off the programming on the controller.

Fast service and reasonable rates!
My AC died overnight, called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone out by afternoon and everything was fixed by 3pm.

Their rate was reasonable and they never pushed me to replace my very old unit. They informed me that the refrigerant was not sold anymore and would need a replacement unit at some point.

The technicians that came were Rico and Francisco and were very professional.

Highly recommend them!
