If I could give it 10 STARS, I would! Our trees look really great now. Marvin, Alfredo, and the two other gentlemen did a great job! They were very thorough in the tree trimming and with cleanup as well, all at a fair price. On top of that, the whole crew is very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with them! 🙏

I had a great experience working with Affordable Tree Care. They helped me remove a tree and some shrubs that didn't survive, and also assisted with planting a new tree and new shrubs. Additionally, I wanted metal edging, and they did an excellent job with that as well. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the project. I would definitely recommend them for any landscaping project.

Alfredo and his employee did amazing work, going way above and beyond the agreed upon work! They observed all Oak Wilt prevention steps, and left our front and back yards immaculately clean. We’ll definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to our neighborhood association for additional work in the greenbelt area.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Affordable Tree Care Service did on my yard! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived right on time every day, kept the site spotless and organized, and paid close attention to every detail to the finishing touches.

Got my trees “serviced” by these guys and all they did was sit around ALL day long and take 8 hours to do what should have taken them 2/3. Not only that, they didn’t show up on time and then demanded I pay them more money after they finished the job. RUN!

Double H tree service is a great local family owned business. They do a lot of work in my neighborhood and everyone loves their work. I’ve had Anthony come out to my house a couple times already.

Anthony cut branches off my tree without my permission. He was working at the neighbors and should have only addressed the branches crossing property line, instead proceeded to cut the branches at the base of my tree that sits on my property. He should know better instead of listening to the neighbors? Because of this, my tree was left uneven looking. When I contacted him, he said that he would address the other branches to make the tree look uniform. He lied, and ignored my phone calls and messages. He's lucky he's not being hit with a lawsuit. Yet? Neighbors have also complained of his lack of doing a thorough job, he does minimal trimming so that he can keep coming back. Also beware that he is not cutting certain trees in the proper time of year. Do not use Double H! There are plenty of other tree companies to choose from.

I am very protective of my oak trees and only trust Anthony and his crew to trim and thin them annually! Year three of using this crew and won’t trust anyone else to care for my trees. Anthony’s tree knowledge is extensive and he truly cares about the health of the trees! And his pricing is very fair!! Fantastic job all around-from the trimming to the cleanup!
I saw a previous negative review saying Anthony trimmed limbs he wasn’t supposed to—I find that VERY hard to believe! My experience is that Double H is the most professional tree trimming service I’ve ever used and will continue to use them in the future. Can’t recommend them enough!

The rep who gave me the quote, the technician, and the dispatcher were all friendly and professional. The rep did not try to use any high-pressure sales tactics and actually did the opposite, telling me that some of the fixes I thought I would need to my AC unit were unnecessary. The fixes I did choose he did not try to paint as urgent that I needed to pay for right away, but simply told me that IF the part eventually failed, it would be a bigger inconvenience for me to have replaced at the time. I would gladly do business with them again!

While I did not actually use Greg's heating and air for service, I wanted to leave him a review because he responded to me personally at 8 PM at night with ideas on how to solve problems with my AC unit. It was only when I told him that I had already tried everything he recommended, that he suggested I call the office and schedule an appointment and he would come take a look at it himself. Talk about a unicorn in an industry that's known for screwing their customers over. Well done Greg and thanks for the help.

Joseph did a great job cleaning my pool. It was hard before to find someone who would actually care about my pool and be communicative, especially in South Austin and Buda, but he has been super helpful and I couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much!
