I recently had an experience with Blake and Pedro from One Hour AC, that impressed me.
My AC stopped working and it was 100F. Pedro came by promptly and made a temporary fix so that we will have A/C till he got the correct part.
While there was a mistake in the service provided, but what stood out the most was their honesty and professionalism in addressing the issue.
When I contacted them about it, their team was responsive and sent their manager Blake to make things right. Blake was quick to spot the mistake, took full responsibility and worked diligently to resolve the situation without any hassle on my part. This level of integrity is increasingly rare in today's service industry, and it made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Another stellar review for this company and JC. We woke up to no AC. The company with which we have a contract couldn’t give us a same-day appointment; gave us one for 2 days out. One Hour could give me same day service and within a few hours. I spoke with the owner, Aaron, who was very nice, very helpful. JC called to let me know he’d arrive in about 30” and he was right on target. (That doesn’t happen with most companies I deal with.) It was obvious that JC knows his way around AC units. He was an expert at quickly identifying the problem which turned out to be a clogged drain pipe that shut the system off. (Same drain pipe that previous company tech lied to me about cleaning just 2 months ago.). JC had the system up and running within an hour and sent me a picture of the waste that came out of the pipe, indicating the previous tech could not have cleaned it out. JC also explained everything he was doing and told us what to do ourselves to help keep the drain pipe clear. And he’s a very friendly person on top of being an expert in his field. We will most definitely be patrons of this company! UPDATE: We recently had another issue with our AC and Pedro was here within 3 hours, on a Sunday no less. He was thorough in solving the issue and he was a pleasure to work with. Miraya in the office has always been helpful and friendly whenever I’ve called. The small monthly fee we pay to get priority service is well worth the expense. Beats several hundred dollars for an annual maintenance contract, and you get much better service!

Veteran friendly. My heater shut down during the recent ice apocalypse and my anxiety was sky high. Blake, from One Hour Heat and Air, fixed the problem quickly. Blake is the kind of person you want to show up when it really matters. I will be using One Hour Heating and Air for my HVAC services as long as I own my home. I highly recommend this company.

Blake had to come out to my property twice to fix my AC. Originally scheduled follow up app for the next day, but he was able come back later the same day. AC is fixed now too. He was very professional the whole time too.

Blake came in check all connections to the unit. Then found the problem was something had chewed on the wires. He then replaced the chip and wires started the unit back up and working. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you!

Today was a Texas freeze and unfortunately my heater was not working, however, it all got fixed the same day with some amazing people. Miraya quickly assisted in scheduling me the same day to get the heater fixed, but also ensured the safety of the technician who she was sending as the roads were very iced. Pedro, the technician, arrived and diligently assessed the HVAC unit in the attic, all the thermostats, and the unit outside in the cold. I genuinely appreciated his persistence and patience in figuring out what was wrong with my system. I am glad that I was able to rely on this team in this bad freeze. Thank you all so much!

I called in the morning because our furnace stopped working. Within a few hours Blake was at our home and had the issue repaired in less than 15 minutes. Very fast and professional. 10/10 recommend.

We recently had Blake, the general manager, come out to service both of our HVAC units in our relatively new construction home — and the entire experience was stellar from start to finish.

Communication before the appointment was top-notch: clear expectations on timing, service scope, and pricing. As promised, the team arrived perfectly on time (even a bit early), and Blake was professional, courteous, and thorough. He walked us through exactly what he was doing, explained what was optional versus essential, and never once pressured us to spend more than planned — which is rare and deeply appreciated.

You can tell this is a company that views itself not just as a service provider but as a long-term partner and advisor in the care of your home’s major systems. For a relatively new business in the area, they’re already setting a high bar for reliability, transparency, and customer care. We’ll absolutely be using them again and wish them nothing but success as they continue to grow here in Buda/Kyle.

Pedro, Aaron and this entire team was fantastic!

Pedro came out at 7 PM on a Friday to help fix our AC which was not cooling, he was honest and clear in the issue and let me know he was doing his best to get us the best price possible. He even gave me his personal number so he could coordinate himself with our landlord.

While our landlord coordinated with the One Hour team, Aaron remained in close contact with us, providing us with updates every step of the way. While we waited for a new unit to be installed, Pedro came by on a Sunday morning to drop off a portable unit for us.

First thing Monday, the One Hour team was back here installing an entire new unit, for almost 8 total hours.

I cannot recommend this team and this company enough - they truly saved us!!!

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning gets a definite five-star, thumbs up from me. Because of the cold front, I sent a text to Blake asking if he could move up the installation of my HVAC system. Thankfully he was there the next morning with his installation men. All were very friendly, helpful and efficient. By noon the new system was working and I was ready for the cold weather. It’s a good feeling to feel confidence in someone you’re doing business with, and I feel that way about One Hour.

Chase came by to fix a clogged pipe in our HVAC unit. He got the job done quickly and effectively, and helped answer some questions I had on the system itself. He was really knowledgeable and friendly as well. I’d recommend him and his team if you’re having issues. Thanks Chase!

Blake came out on a last minute call late in the evening for a thermostat replacement and was at our house within the hour like we were told. He was professional, kind, and efficient with his time while working. Great customer service and pricing. We will be using in the future!

Wonderful five star experience. Was able to get a 3 hour same morning window when I called after heat stopped working. Technician, Pedro, was excellent. Honest, diligent, polite and very professional and knowledgeable. Happy I found this company and will work with them again. It wasn’t anything major and I appreciated they didn’t charge me like it was.
