We had an incredible experience with David and his team. Our a/c stopped working and David helped us evaluate the best course of action in replacing our system. Air conditioning replacement and repair is usually costly and intimidating, but David was so helpful and educated us so thoroughly, we were confident we were making the right decisions.

When David and his team showed up to install our new a/c unit, his entire team was extremely professional and courteous in our home. These guys are the best and I cannot recommend them enough!

Always Local installed a completely new system for me in January 2024. I recently received an Error message on my thermostat indicating there was a power issue That was causing the system to continuously reboot. I sent a text to the owner, David, and they had a tech to my house by 3:30 that afternoon who diagnosed and corrected the drain line issue happening inside of my HVAC closet. He also installed a surge protector on my outdoor compressor in anticipation of any future power outages… We get a lot of those in Austin. Five stars every time.

Outstanding service start to finish from family owned Always Local, came out same day at night on a friday, diagnosed that my 19yr old condensor was on it's last leg (rip). The next afternoon they came out with a crew and replaced it with a brand new model I highly recommend this business.

The other week my upstairs AC stopped working (sounded like the motor had gone out); called Always Local and they sent out Junior and Omar the very next day to see what was wrong (awesome technicians by the way!). They found that it was indeed the AC motor (which had previously been replaced by them last year); they swapped it out free of charge since it was all still under warranty and got my AC working again better than ever! Super professional team, from the scheduling department to the technicians to the managers. Refreshing to see a company with a no hassle warranty procedure and standing behind their work! Highly recommend Always Local to everyone for their HVAC needs, they will be my go-to company for future needs!

My A/C went out on a Thursday, and by Saturday I'd received 10 estimates/scope of work. I wanted to be thorough for such an expense. On Sunday, I selected Always Local based on many factors, and slept like a baby with my new A/C by Monday night.

I made a great choice in selecting Always Local. David navigated a FRIENDLY crew that was KNOWLEDGABLE, EFFICIENT and kind enough to answer my curiosities along the way. I wanted to understand the process. I also appreciated the care they took to protect my place from dirt and damage during the install.

Most importantly, they gave me what I wanted - QUALITY and VALUE. I don't think I could have done any better with the other well-established companies that asked me to spend much more.

After installation, they came for a followup within the week to ensure all was working well. It's working better than my previous unit ever did, still they topped off the refrigerant and said I'd get added efficiency from that. Much appreciated.

Always Local AC just finished with adding freon to my AC that I purchased from Home Depot a year ago. They came in and knew what to do and was confident to fix it. The staff was very friendly and went straight to work fixing all issues and made recommendations on what I needed to add. I needed to replace a 16 year old HVAC system, and Richard came highly recommended. I reached out, and he got back to me quickly and addressed my questions. Richard explained everything very clearly, and after I approved the work, they got to work the next morning for a seamless removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The house was left spotless when they were done, and they took pictures of everything to share as we were not at the house during the installation. Super pleased with the work, his professionalism, and communication.

INTEGRITY is why Oasis is a cut above the rest. They are the best. They deserve every 5 star rating I give to them. Here is my story: My Home Warranty company had sent a company to do a diagnosis on my A/C.
That diagnosis turned out to be totally WRONG!. Once Oasis came out I saw where the company sent by my Home Warranty completely misdiagnosed my issue. It would have cost me thousands if I had listened to their tech. Thank God for Oasis. They found the issue which happened to be a small part which the other company never took the time to troubleshoot. Oasis quickly replaced it. Jesus M. and Abdiel C. were very professional. The Oasis team was fast and thorough...done within a day for a 4 ton complete AC/heater system attic replacement. I had called Richard the day before and the next day I was saving money with a new efficient system. Richard took the time to consult about possibilities for increasing air flow and comfort in my west facing master room. It did the trick after 20 seasons of hot/cold discomfort. Richard reviewed a quote I had received from another vendor and gave me the recommendation for the one I should choose. Through his willingness to educate me on the details I was sold on his trustworthiness. The team was professional with the details and clean up. The next day Richard texted me to see how the system was performing. The new thermostat (NEST) they installed is intuitive and efficient and can be remotely controlled through a phone app. I could not have asked for a better experience. Richard at Oasis Services, LLC was amazing. Had our AC go out during our last several day stretch of 100 degree weather. Call him up and had them out there within a few hours. Took about 10 mins to diagnose and replace a part that went out! Great service and great guy! Added him to our Residential and Commercial contact list immediately.

Recently we've had some issues with our HVAC system. Both times it was met with a courteous and timely response. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Considering it is a fairly new build, it's nice to have someone that can take a disheartening situation and make it "not a big deal". I could not be more grateful for Oasis Services for checking on our heating system during the worst of snow days and frigid temperatures in Texas. As a mother of two little ones, it was a priority to find someone who could help us as soon as possible.
