We needed help with an air conditioner at my FIL house. I called Oasis and they had someone out there within an hour and a half. They got the AC working and everyone we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Oasis!

I am pleasantly surprised at how quick and responsive this company is. I am in the process of selling my home and there was so much I had to do to get my house ready. I was stressing about my A/C unit getting repaired in time for the sale and I know how busy some companies are, but when I called Oasis Services they were so quick to answer my message and they had a team member out almost immediately. All of the team members I worked with were very respectful. After inspecting my A/C, they promptly told me what was wrong and they knew exactly how to fix it. Everyone was very professional. Then I was surprised again at how fast they completed the repairs. We expected to have to wait weeks for ordered parts but they were able to come back the same day and install the replacement parts. I am so relieved I called them and I'll recommend them to anyone. They lifted all my stress about this process and the cost came out to be even more affordable than what I expected. Seriously amazing all around.

Oasis Services installed a new AC system for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, quickness, and efficiency of their work! When my current unit stopped working in the middle of August, I called Richard (owner) late in the day. He arrived in about 1 hour to diagnose the problem and provide options. I chose to have the unit replaced with a more efficient model, expecting to be added to a wait list. The Oasis team arrived early the next morning, and they had the entire project completed by early afternoon. WOW! Special thanks to technicians Jesus and John Paul, who provided status updates, answered questions, explained the new thermostat’s functionality, and provided a final walkthrough when the project was complete.

P.S. Another neighbor with a struggling AC caught Richard as he was leaving my home on day 1. They hired Oasis for an identical AC replacement project. Big Shout Out to Oasis Services LLC for a tip top HVAC and new duct install. Richard Benavides came out for site visit, made the plan, set the schedule, quoted me a fair price. Within a couple of hours his team began removal of the old, tired, unit. The job was completed the next day - on schedule - by his professional and courteous team. The jobsite was left clean and the new unit runs silent and blows cold. Richard kept me updated throughout the install. I met with four HVAC contractors to have my HVAC system replaced and did not feel comfortable moving forward with any of them; pricing varied and scope of work was not consistent. I did learn a lot, though.

Richard is the most honest man in the business. He says what he means and backs it up with integrity. I have advised others to use him and they have all told me he took good care of them. When it was my turn to replace my AC, his team did it with great skill and care. They didn't seem one bit upset that I watched everything they did to learn what I could and answered all my question while still working. His team seemed to always know what each other was doing and ran as smoothly as any three guys I have ever seen. Truly well trained and very efficient. Talked to each guy and they all had nothing but positive things to say about working for Richard and Oasis. While out of town on a business trip, our AC thermostat stopped working. I didnt know who to call but multiple neighbors recommended Oasis. So, on a Friday, I called expecting difficulty in getting someone to the house before weekend. Oasis answered phone right away, and were able to get to the house in less than 1 hour!! I've used Oasis Services twice now. Once when our AC quit working and once when our heating quit. On both occasions they responded very quickly. Oasis Services saved us from this early summer heat! My husband and I were struggling to stay cool in our home due to an older AC unit that came with our recent home purchase, and by the grace of God, Oasis was able to get us scheduled in no time. Our AC went out Friday evening and I called around and was able to get someone to come check it out next day, however that company said they wouldn’t be able to fix it till Monday or Tuesday next week because the warehouses were closed and they wouldn’t be able to get the part I needed . My son referred me to Oasis Services, he contacted them, gave them all the information that they needed and advised me that they would be able to get one from their warehouse. They came out Saturday afternoon and their Techs got to work quickly as the temperature was extremely hot outside. They said that they would stay until everything was up and running which they did and at 9:30 at night. I had my AC back. I am truly thankful and blessed for their quick services.

Very professional and knowledgeable of what was going on with my unit. Turned out that I needed a new capacitor, and then unit was very dusty/ dirty and needed to be cleaned. They were out here with an hour and fixed all the repairs. I would highly recommend them for all AC service repairs, I am now on a routine schedule to have my AC unit serviced twice a year. In late January 2025 right before a central Texas cold snap our furnace stopped working on a Friday. Richard and his team were able to source and install a furnace the next day. His team was fast and efficient. The price was good and we were set before the cold snap hit! I can’t say enough about how good their service was!

We noticed our AC had a problem and got the run around for our actual AC company and decided to call Oasis Services instead. They worked with our schedule and were out to check it out first thing Monday morning. They evaluated, explained everything about what they were looking for and what they found and fixed it right away. We personally had Ken and Fernando service us and they were awesome!
