Edgar and his team were excellent. We needed a recharge for our HVAC unit and decided it was time to replace the system. E+M installed a two stage American Standard gold 17 unit for our one story home and it has been working great and regulating the humidity well. Edgar was fast, professional, and most importantly, honest. He came to give us a second opinion and discovered that there was a way to repair the system, when the first repairperson had said there was not. He's now saved in my phone for all future HVAC issues.

Would recommend this company and especially the technician Edgar! As he was finding issues he would show me and explain. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in a way that was easy to understand. He repaired all issues and left me with a super cold AC!!

Edgar was very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. Also extremely personable. He gave me great info about my system and what it needed and how to fix it. He repaired what he could and let the warranty company do what it does(which is deny claims). Anyway he came back to do the scheduled work and finished the job in less than an hour. Our home A/C had been out for 2 1/2 days. We were put in contact with this company 05/23 22 and after explaining our dire circumstances Edgar Arellano was the technician sent out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, knowledgable and seem to really be a great fit for the work he performed. He appeared to be honest and genuine. My AC compressor wouldn’t come on so I called several “emergency, 24/7” companies with “ we can be there in one or two days”. It’s over 100 degrees right now. I called Emergency Air Conditioning and Edgar was at my house in an hour and a half. Professional vehicle and uniform. He clearly explained what repairs and service I needed. He had the unit working within a couple of hours. I was very impressed!
