AC Repair emergency on a Saturday morning when it was already 95 outside – thought we were doomed. ColdAir had someone here in under an hour. Turns out the condenser fan motor went out. Tech had the part on the truck and replaced it in about 45 minutes. Charged exactly what they quoted on the phone, no surprises. House cooled down fast and we spent the rest of the weekend comfortable instead of miserable. Five stars all day.

Had this weird noise coming from the upstairs unit for weeks and finally it just stopped cooling altogether. Googled air conditioning repair near me and ColdAir popped up with all these great reviews so I gave them a shot. Technician showed up on time (huge plus), explained everything in plain english instead of tech talk, and fixed a freon leak I didn’t even know I had. Two hours later the house was freezing again. He even cleaned the unit while he was there. Super professional and didn’t try to upsell me anything. Will definitely call them first next time something acts up.

OMG my AC died right in the middle of this horrible heat wave and I was sweating like crazy with the kids complaining nonstop. Called ColdAir AC Repairs at 8pm thinking nobody would even answer but they picked up right away and had a tech at my house by 9:30! The guy was super nice, found the problem in like 10 minutes (bad capacitor or something) and had it blowing ice cold air again before 11. Price was totally fair and way less than I expected for emergency service. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with any repair company. ColdAir AC Repairs literally saved our summer, thank you so much!!!

Just had a complete new system put in by the hvac installers from ColdAir and I’m blown away. Old unit was 20 years old and barely hanging on. They came out, measured everything, talked through all the options without pushing the most expensive one, and scheduled the install for the next week. Crew showed up exactly when they said, worked straight through the day, super clean and respectful of the house. New system is so quiet I keep checking if it’s actually running. Energy bill already looks better too. These guys know their stuff.

As hvac contractors go these guys are top notch. Needed ductwork redone in the attic because half the rooms never got cold. Got three quotes and ColdAir was right in the middle price-wise but by far the most thorough when they came out to look. Explained exactly what needed fixing and why. Work took two full days and they kept everything clean, even put down drop cloths everywhere. Now every room is the same temperature for the first time in years. Worth every penny.

My air conditioner abruptly stopped working and they came to the rescue fast! Very professional, clean and respectful. I highly recommend!
