Dan recently cleared out all of the cedar trees on our lot and as you can see by the before and after pictures how big of a difference it made and awesome of a view we now have. Dan also mulched the cedar trees for us to help erosion control.

Cody saved our two mature and badly injured black walnut trees from being chopped down. He came up with a great plan to salvage both. He and his skilled team significantly pruned both trees and treated them in hopes to preserve them. We had the same service done a few years ago with great success. We are happy to keep both trees. Highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Scott and team are A+ quality. They’re responsive and communicative. And furthermore, the work is quality, and the price is fair. Scott exemplifies a “tree guy” to me. He shared that he grew up in Utah, and now we’re lucky to have him here.

My experience so far: I hired Urban Tree Company to clear about 1/3 acre of cedar on a vacant lot, and also remove some of the stumps. Urban Tree Company did the job as specified… but also went _above_and_beyond_ with extra care and cleanup for my property. For me on my side, Scott made it all easy and zero stress, and the work *surpassed* my difficult and annoyingly picky expectations.

We hired Urban Soil to clear a large, rear section of our property in advance of a planned sport-court project. The team was on time, professional and did an excellent job. In fact, they exceeded our expectations and showed a lot of flexibility in allowing us to provide direction on which areas to address so that we maintained privacy at our property line. The team worked very hard and completed the job in a single day. They thoroughly cleaned the site and went out of their way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the work during the close-out walkthrough. We had a large oak tree in the middle of our driveway circle trimmed (branches were hanging too low across the driveway). The Urban Tree guys did a fabulous job of trimming so that the canopy was raised, but the tree still looks full and impressive. They were very careful to ask for guidance from me to ensure the correct amount was cut.

Urban Soil did a wonderful job on our front and back yard. The guys were the nicest and most knowledgeable guys that ever worked on our yard. I love how organized they were too. Joaquin and the guys removed all the dead and sick bushes, all the old tree trunks and cleaned up and trimmed all our wonderful oak trees in the front and backyard. Also, all the newly mulched garden beds look so much cleaner. Very respectful, professional, hard working and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

We've used Urban Tree Company not just for tree trimming and pruning after the latest freeze, but for custom woodwork as well. They made a massive custom headboard for us out of a rootball, and we get SO many compliments on it from house guests. Every employee I've ever come into contact with has been super nice, knowledgeable, and creative in their solutions for both the home and our yard. Highly recommend!

Urban Tree has done several projects for me. Whether the job is five figures or three they always pay attention to the details and always add a little extra service.

One of those extras is that they often recycle the wood they remove. They turned an enormous ligustrum tree trunk they removed from our yard into a wonderful live edge table.

This is the third time we have used the Urban Tree Company to trim our oak trees. Like the first two times they again did a great job trimming our oak trees. All the good things I said about them in the first two reviews are still applicable. Cody showed up on time at 7:30am on Thursday morning to take a look at the work we needed. He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly how the crew would go about trimming the trees. Later that afternoon I received a very reasonable proposal with photos that I accepted. On Friday, Sep 27, 10:30am, Jaidon and Ward showed up on time ready to work. They were joined a little later by Anthony who had been on the crew we used the last time. They listened attentively to how we would like our trees trimmed and proceeded to work. They kept checking with us to see how we wanted certain limbs trimmed over our roof, driveway, and street. After trimming the trees they did a great job cleaning up. All three guys were great workers and were very friendly and polite. Our trees look great and we will call Urban Tree Company again the next time we need tree trimming. We highly recommend them for trimming your trees.

Great customer service, quick response and easy to book. I love being able to support a local, woman owned business! I purchased firewood and the only downside is now I want new furniture...what gorgeous pieces they have!! :)

This place is great! The staff on the phone was helpful for finding the location and where to go since it might be a little confusing when you first get there. I traveled here to purchase a small amount of locally sourced lumber for a project, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They obviously also sell to much larger accounts than me, but they still were nice to me and I got some nice wood for my project. I got kiln dried wood but I believe they also sell fresh stuff if you want it.

Team did a great job of pruning large Pecan tree on a tight downtown lot. Service was quick and cleaned up the trimmings.
