I was worried about some trees going brown in spots as well as a madrone tree being crowded out by an oak limb. Cody came out and assessed the situation and then got a crew together in the next few days to trim the oak and give a deep root feeding to the mature trees on my lots. Their work was exceptional and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Guys were prompt. Clean, respectful of property and very skilled professionals. Had a couple special requests. It was no problem.

Cody and the trimming crew were solid. Had a couple trees moved away from the roof line, and from consultation to scheduling to trimming there was clear communication and expectations.

Two extra shout outs:
1. Cody was thorough in listing out what my trees may need going forward to keep them healthy (and what they don't need), along with a clear rationalization.
2. The trimming crew cleaned up after themselves, moved some of my potted plants out of the way to avoid any falling limbs, and then moved them back where they were. Appreciate the courtesy and professionalism.

Great prices and great customer service. We had Urban Tree Company come out and prune our large oak trees. They did a fabulous job! Quick to quote and came out the same week to start the work. We are now back and ordering a new mantel from them. They have a large variety of different types of native trees and finishes to choose from. Jenni took her time going over the process and finishes with the different variety of trees and stain colors. She even provided us with samples to take home too. We have had a great experience working with Urban Tree! We can't wait to share before and after photos of our new mantel when its installed. Thank you!

They came out to investigate my trees, and explained how to best prune them to maintain and help them grow, while keeping my home (and the neighbors' homes) safe. The team that did it was amazing! Came across Urban Tree by chance when the owner was at a neighbor's home. The company did a great job trimming oak trees for the neighbor and made sure the grounds were clean of all small debris when leaving.

Then another neighbor used Urban Tree for oak tree wilt deep root treatment. Complete satisfaction there too.

Lastly, I joined in and had my trees treated and will then have them trimmed.

We've wanted to create a substantial reserve of firewood ever since the big freeze of 2021. When we finally got around to the project, we looked for the best value firewood supplier we could find. We've gotten ultra-cheap wood before, and wound up paying way more to eliminate the infestation that came with it.

On the other hand, we're not smoking Kobe beef, so we don't need some kind of craft firewood hand cut with recycled plastic sporks by man-bun wearing Insta influencers.

Urban Tree offered the product we needed at the best price, delivered and stacked, and the resulting firewood supply is exactly what we envisioned.

Our interaction with Urban Tree was pleasant, professional, and inspired confidence. We also appreciate that the firewood is sourced from tree trimming work, so we're using a resource that otherwise might have been wasted.
