Professional and knowledgeable! They came out gave me two estimates for different systems. Both estimates were good prices for better quality systems than what I got from other companies. No pressure. Installed quickly after my decision. I could not be happier with TruClimate!

Contracting with TruClimate was a fantastic experience from first contact to system completion. Our good friends gave stellar feedback from their own experience in replacing two heat pump systems, so we scheduled a site visit with owner Will Cobb. He came out immediately to help develop a scope of work and provided us with few recommendations that would balance entry cost and energy savings with equipment selection. We committed to purchasing two complete heat pump systems with some miscellaneous ductwork modifications, and his installation crew started work the following week. The pricing was favorable, the install crew was hardworking and friendly, their workmanship professional, and Will inspected progress in person several times. Tru-Climate has certainly earned our future business!

TruClimate has been great! After getting screwed around by a much larger company, I decided to go to a smaller local business. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service received. Appropriate prices, fast service, and Alan properly explained the issue. The ability to articulate what is happening is important to someone with an engineering background!

Will and the install team were excellent throughout the process of replacing our heat pump. Of the 3 bids I received, TruClimate’s was the clear winner. Will took the time to understand exactly what we needed for the space and didn’t try to upsell us. On installation day, his team was very professional—they were thorough and efficient and were respectful of our home.

Will Cobb, owner of TruClimate, instantly became our choice based on his expertise of different options for our home and his willingness to take time to explain the new equipment and how it would be installed. On the day of installation the crew was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of our home and took great care to prevent any damage. Alan was very professional during the first visit and with the repair that was completed today. He was very knowledgeable and explained every option we had. He took the time to make sure we understood each part of the process. He even recommended some others areas if services we needed as well. He was very easy to talk to and gained our trust immediately. I would highly recommend TruClimate Heating & Cooling because of their promptness and friendliness of the staff. They are also very reasonable on service pricing.

Great service, workmanship & follow through. They completed all our new HVAC ductwork accurately & correctly as promised. Will likely use them again on our other properties as the need arises.

This is my honest review. As an inspector for HVAC and duct installation in DFW I feel this is worth writing a review. I went to test this company’s HVAC and duct installation and there work was outstanding. This system was air tight. They sealed areas that I normally do not see sealed by other HVAC companies. Along that their test score was the best I’ve seen in a long time. From several hundreds, if not thousands of test I have performed this company in my book would be rated at top 1% of HVAC companies. I’ve tested in DFW area.

I also want to point out that customer service was really good! I talked to Michele and Emily the owner. They were extremely Nice, professional, easy to work with and their communication was on point.
