TruClmate just completed the removal and replacement of one of my home A/C and heating units. I had prepared for this day for sometime. I did my homework. I called 9 companies for quotes to get a good feeling on equipment and prices. Will Cobb, the owner came to do my quote. He was on time, very knowledgeable, honest and extremely courteous. He also had one of the best quotes with amazing equipment choices. He was also flexible with me on installation dates. Will said they pride themselves with the quality and workmanship of the technicians, and also the Equipment they install. The installation technician "Florentino" and his associate were on time for the installation appt. I cannot express how impressed I am the the quality and workmanship of the entire installation process. They defiantly take pride in there work. The equipment is also amazing. They did a great job at cleaning up after the work too. So Happy I chose TRUCLIMATE. I would recommend this company to anyone I know that needs Heating and A/C work done.

TruClimate (Alan) came out for a scheduled tune up as I had signed up for a $10 monthly maintenance plan. Their system sent me a photo of Alan, his number, when he would be there, it even showed his progress on a map. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and put on the little sock booties to not dirty up our floors and carpet. He listened to me and my concerns without interruption (very rare in my experience with other providers). He took a look at everything and came back to me with several things he identified that needed to be corrected, he showed me everything and explained it to me in a way that I understood it, but also in an educational way which is also rare in this trade from my experience. I looked it up after he left and everything he said was spot on and accurate from several reputable sources. He identified that the last company (big box mega AC company) didn’t seal the evaporator coil to the furnace. He also showed how my other unit wasn’t sealed properly, when I put my hand there I could feel cold air blowing out which is unreal. How did 3 other companies miss that? There were several other things he identified that were obvious misses and even gave me tips on seasonal best practices. He was thorough and very knowledgeable, sent me a full report and his number before he left. I would definitely recommend TruClimate as this is the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC company.

He identified a problem with my existing unit that I had never liked, came up with a solution, installed the solution quickly, educated me on how to check & use the solution in the future and made sure that I understood! Replaced attic HVAC ducts on time and for a good price. Very nice guy. He was helpful with suggestions that could be done, like changing vents from 2-way to 3-way vents would help the air flow. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Will Cobb and his team of experts knocked it out of the park again, installing a new American Standard Platinum 3-ton system and relocating two other systems for maximum efficiency. Will's team fixed several issues with the original installation and left us with a fully integrated high-SEER HVAC system designed to last for decades. The work was outstanding and the price reasonable. I would trust TruClimate for whatever HVAC needs may arise.

Lifesavers!! They literally saved my life! My downstairs central unit had been down for about 3 years. I had gone through several ac companies and had been told more than once that my compressor was out. Truclimate came out and checked my system and found out it was a different part add that there was a coolant leak in the coil! I actually had a service contract with another local company that if they did what they said they were doing, they would have found the leak a long time ago! When you take the cover off there’s no way to miss the leak. I was using 3 portable ac units and my electric bill was about $900! I will never use another company! These guys are miracle workers!

Would 100% recommend! Got several quotes for a new AC unit and so glad we went with TruClimate. Turn around time and install was super quick, owner and techs were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all (and I have met some creepy salesmen while shopping for a unit), very polite and helpful. We had some issues after the install (had nothing to do with their install or equipment) and they came within hours to find the problem and fixed it. Won't call anyone else for any future needs we may have related to AC.

We recently used TruClimate Heating & Cooling during the winter storm. We moved into our new home in November and where not familiar with a Heat Pump System, so were were having a hard time heating our home. Emily called us back immediately and walked us through the settings for our thermostat and we instantly felt the difference in our home.
