We just moved into a rental home and the A/c wasn't working. The landlord ended up talking with Bock services and after hours on a Friday a Leo one of their technicians showed up to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair within 48 hours and just repaired the system on a Sunday morning. Leo and Levi showed up around 6:30am on a Sunday and was done before 10am. We now have a great working system and both guys were very friendly. The complete interaction from the dispatcher to talking with the technicians was a very good from beginning to end. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue so quickly and helping us keep our house cool!

Subject Line: Disappointed by the Lack of Response After a Simple Question

I typically do not give bad reviews. However, I feel compelled to share my experience. I politely questioned the cost of a AC motor, and instead of addressing my inquiry, the company went completely quiet and never responded to my follow-up email. Communication is key in any business, and simply ignoring a potential customer is both unprofessional and disappointing.

We've been using Bock AC for several years. They are a good company with professional staff and reasonable pricing. They are also very responsive. Eric recently came and got our AC back to where it needed to be. He is very nice and really knows his stuff. Nikki in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I call to make an appointment. Their staff treats customers as they should be treated. It can be hard to find companies like this, so we really appreciate them!

I recently experienced an emergency situation with my air conditioning system and reached out to Bock Air Conditioning for help. To my relief, they responded promptly and sent Levi, a technician, to assist us. Levi was not only punctual but also incredibly efficient in diagnosing the issue. Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.

My husband and I absolutely Love this company! We have known them and have experience with them for almost 6 years now! They are very good Christian people! And they are very attentive. And they are also on call 24hrs and are there to help anytime effectively as soon as you call! I would highly recommend Bock services to come and help anytime when you have an issue with any of your systems!

We have used Bock Services exclusively for our heating & air conditioning since 2011, both residentially and commercially. They have made repairs, replaced old systems, installed systems in a new build, and given much needed advice when needed. They are always quick to respond, even though we are nearly 100 miles away. Their work has been impeccable—never a problem. The workers have all been efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. And, Levi, you were right about the heat pump—I love it!

Had service done on my unit. They were quick to respond and worked with my scheduling conflicts. Levi was very professional and figured out the issues with my unit real fast. Definitely plan on calling again for my regular maintenance needs.

Update: They came and saved the day again. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and got my system running in minutes. The electronic part he needed to replace, he didnt have on hand, but was able to get one the very next day. He put a temporary part in, and had the house cooling for the night. I can't begin to thank them enough.

What a fantastic company! Our A/C compressor wouldn’t come on 2 days before Christmas and it was 80 degrees outside. We were going to host Christmas with about 25 people at our house. I actually got a next day appointment with Bock and they were at my house by 8:15am. Steve, my technician, was friendly, honest, diligent and worked quickly to fix the problem. And it was very affordable! Best experience with any service company ever. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Book is now programmed in my phone as the only HVAC company I need to call.
