BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Dispatchers are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. I am pleased with the HVAC system they installed in 2021, replacing the old unit . BOCK Services has been very responsive in servicing and performing any minimal repairs. In January 2024, Levi Chase and Leo were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. The same high evaluation for Eric Emory, who serviced my AC Unit today, June 11. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Called to get A/C charged up. They offered a good price for complete HVAC replacement and were able to work the job the very next day. The techs worked all day and late into the night to get the work accomplished. Nice and cool for our first 100 degree day. Very satisfied. Highly rated unit from local company. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. I loved that he showed me what to look for so I wouldn't have another issue. I will definitely be using Bock again.

Steve Moon was super personable and made sure he gave us the system that was the best for our needs. The crew that installed our system were awesome. Leo explained everything that they were going to be doing and introduced all his crew to me. Would highly recommend Bock Services.

I highly recommend Bock. My home warranty company gave me the complete run-around, but Lisa and Felicia at Bock were amazing and so helpful. They called the warranty company several times and never dropped the ball. They were polite, courteous, knowledgeable - and they always called me back when they said they would. My service technician Jheavany also did an fantastic job. He answered my questions, worked hard and left everything clean and in good working order. I would definitely call them again in the future.

I had such a great experience with my first service using BOCK - very fast response time, personal contact for scheduling and Leo my technician was simply a delight, so knowledgable and helpful explaining my AC's situation so I can maintain my AC better going forward. I was very pleased with this company! Levi arrived early and was very efficient in locating and solving the problem. He got my A/C up and running within an hour!

We’ve used Bock a couple of times now and they’ve been very quick to respond. The most recent visit, we assumed we would be without a/c with a teething infant and a wife that just had surgery considering our A/C went out over the weekend. The tech gave us a temporary fix over the weekend, but unfortunately it didn’t last. After calling Bock back after the temp repair did not last, they worked very quickly with us and were at our house to replace our air handler within a few hours into Monday morning. We had an incident with a boo-boo with our ceiling caused by the tech, but they were so quick to inform us before we had to find it. The office was also in communication to ensure the techs had made it right, which was exceptional customer service.

Everyone has always been very responsive and extremely courteous. We will be a continued customer of Bock.

Eric did a great job. Diagnosed my problem and helped me get it fixed in the same day. He’s great at documenting with pictures and explaining the needed repairs so I understand. I highly recommend Bock air conditioning.

Very impressed with the service and the tech they sent out. Eric was very professional and honest, and he narrowed down my problem easily. Opened everything up in the attic and went to another service call while my A/C was defrosting. Came back a couple hours later and sure enough, everything was fine after he left. I would definitely recommend this company, as well as requesting Eric if I need HVAC service in the future.

Knowledgeable and honest, Steve was able to share what he knew about the units and options available so we were able to make the most informed decision within our budget. We went with a new condenser and furnace and he and his team were able to do the install quickly! We love having a cool upstairs again

I’ve been waiting for two years for TDLR to figure out if Bock Services or if Best Tech is responsible for damages to my home! I was advised to file and wait to see who would be held responsible after my AC was not installed properly! The installation was done by Bock as a 3rd party contracted by Best Tech! It just so happens the AC continually leaked because of the drip pan and the way it’s was installed! My ceiling fell through completely several months after the install. I had a Best Tech technician out here on two occasions to readjust the unit before my ceiling fell through. I’m done waiting on TDLR and now I’m just going to have to hire an attorney to sue them both!! Do yourself a favor and don’t hire either company..

We have used Bock A/C for years. They installed multiple units for me. I have had technicians on site within a hour of me calling. They respond quickly and do not try and sell things that are not needed. Eric came out yesterday and was very professional and eager to work. I advised him that we had a lighting strike close to the house. He found the problem that cause the ac to malfunction and went ahead and check the entire system to ensure that the lighting did not do further damage. His attitude and demeanor was that of someone you want to work for you. Explained everything at my level and a very hard worker. Thanks again Eric, Bock, and Sonya (the lady who answered the phone) nice people to work with.

Bock Services was highly recommended to us by a friend. They replaced our a/c and heating systems last year at a remarkably lower cost than quoted by 2 other companies I contacted, including the company who had done my maintenance for years. Levi installed our entire system quickly and professionally. He has since done our Fall and Spring maintenance, which was included in the purchase price, He is always on time and has done an outstanding job every time! Nikki in the front office is super friendly and efficient and also always does a great job! We are very impressed with this company, and their employees. The Goodman system they installed is very efficient has kept us cool/warm during the harshest weather, and my electric bill has remained low. We are so happy to have found Bock!
