All About Air Conditioning and Heating was responsive, thorough and fair. I highly recommend them for any AC or heating work needed. My AC suddenly went out at the start of summer and was not cooling the house. Tony responded quickly to my call, worked swiftly to complete a thorough assessment of my AC unit and communicated all findings along the way. He provided a complete explanation of what exactly was not working with my AC unit and showed me the damaged parts. He provided a fair breakdown of costs for parts and labor needed to get my AC running again and gave me a timeline for completion of work. He let me know what was required to repair my AC unit and what was considered optional maintenance. Tony completed the work in a timely manner, properly repaired my AC unit and kept me informed. A few days after the work was done, he contacted me to verify the house was cooling sufficiently and came by to check the efficiency of the AC unit. Tony was knowledgeable, respectful and fair. All About Air Conditioning and Heating did great work and I would use them again.

Excellent service after the service man arrived. The company should have a system to notify a customer if due to some type of problem, they will be late.

Tim and Team were great to work with and got our AC system working perfectly.

Very helpful. They came out on Friday evening and were able to get our AC working again, so we didn’t have to go the whole weekend without AC.
