Brady was excellent when he came out to help us with her air conditioner. It is only 2 1/2 years owed and he was able to determine that the motor was blown immediately. He immediately called for parts and had them within an hour so we appreciate his quick and expedient help. I’m very grateful.

Our AC stopped cooling last night. I called American Home Heating & Air Conditioning at 8 am. My mother always used them, so I knew they were honest and reliable. But being on my own and having just lost my job I was worried. Donna told me it would be this afternoon and she could call me when they were on the way. She called at 10 and said he was headed my way. Jeff was very nice and took about 20 minutes to find and fix the issue. The price was very reasonable. I was so excited and appreciative that I didn't have to wait a long time as it's so hot. I will be telling everyone to use them. They were so kind and treated me like an old friend. You can't beat the quickness. Thanks again, American!

Heat went out on a cold weekend (always happens on a weekend!). Tim came to my house on Sunday so that we could have heat, even though it was not a workday. NOW THAT IS GOOD SERVICE!! Much appreciated. Tim always does a great job at a fair price. I am a satisfied customer.

We've used American Home Heating and A/C for years. Tim and the other staff are responsive, professional, communicate exceptionally well and their service and pricing are top notch. Highly recommend you give them a shot!

Can’t say enough good. I called not sure if my warranty would cover a damaged coil. They figured it out for me and competed the work in 24 under the estimated price. Everything happened quickly and as planned. The tech was polite and worked well with my family that was home.

This company always does an excellent job. They are trustworthy and you never have to worry about them not doing a great job.

Tim from American Home is amazing. He installed my unit and have been so happy we have him come and do tune ups twice a year and any maintenance that comes up. They are easy to communicate with and do great work at competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Tim and Jeff , the best! 👍 can’t say bad, all good. Both brothers replaced our entire heat a/c system twice. Always pleasant and so willing to make us happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If your looking for a company who knows how to treat you well , makes effort to serve when promised , takes pride in work, give them a call.

I would highly recommend American Home Heating & Air Conditioning. The have been excellent and do everything they can to take care of you in a timely fashion. There was a time our unit stopped working and it was around 15 degrees and Tim showed up as quickly as he could that day so we didn't have to freeze in our. Tim is one of the nicest guys and cares about his customers.

Do not honor warrant , send my customer to them for install, compressor went out before 10 years still charge of $1900 and the day before went out to troubleshoot charging $360 did not refund the $360. The warranty , was still in affect. Still today customer is not satisfied. I would not use their services ever again for any of my customers. Please beware.

I have been using Bock Services for over 15 years. They have always been extremely dependable with installation, service and providing quotes. Their technicians and service personnel are well trained and courtious . When job is finished everything is cleaned up and project is in great working order.
Nikki the office manager keeps you informed on all aspects of the job and scheduling. This is also a family owned and operated business. The location is central to all areas of Burleson, Rendon. Fort Worth, making it really nice when you need them.
Could not be more happy using them.

Service technician Kyle arrived a mere 3 hours after our call. He was professional, polite and timely. He answered questions and had us back up and running in no time. We are grateful for the quick, friendly and reasonably priced service!

Excellent customer service and communication. A text was sent out when tech was on his way and you can track and see a pic of him ahead of time. Levi was very helpful and thorough. He was not pushy on making us do repairs. He gave great recommendations and timeline when we need to start repairs.

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house!

My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!!

His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless!

All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

Leo was my technician and he was amazing. They got out to the house quickly and were very respectful. He explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood my options. They got my a/c fixed in a timely manner for a great price. I definitely recommend Bock for great custoner service and work.

I called Bock Thursday of last week late in the afternoon because my unit was frozen over and not working. They had a technician to my house within the hour. I was told that the unit could be repaired, but they also gave me the option to replace it. The owner of the company (Steve Moon) called me and informed me about the new laws involving R22. He said that he recommended a new unit due to the new laws that are going into effect next year, but had no problem fixing the unit if we were not ready to replace it. I appreciate that the company did not push me to completely replace the unit. I called three other companies for a second opinion and they all immediately wanted me to replace my unit. I am grateful that Bock was willing to give me all of my options and be completely honest about the entire process. The technicians were extremely friendly and took pride in the work that they were doing. While they were at my home, not only did they fix my unit, they also took the time to service my other two units. Thank you Bock for going the extra mile!

From the office staff, to the technicians that came to help me, I was treated with such kindness. AC issues and Texas heat are no joke, and DIY‘s aren’t really helpful. The office staff was great communicating with me so I was able to get my dogs put up before the technicians arrived. The technicians were super knowledgeable and not only did they fix the problem, they also pointed out a few things that I could do as a homeowner to prevent future issues. The technician even took a couple of extra minutes to look up my units warranty, since the previous homeowner had just only installed it back in 2017. Thank you Bock Services!

Incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable and honest people. I feel very lucky to have found them. Everyone from the scheduler to the technicians take their jobs seriously which seems to be increasingly rare these days. I don’t write reviews often, but wanted to say thank you and to keep up the good work. When we decide to replace our unit, we’ll be going with you guys.
