If I could give 10 stars I would! I called AYOS AIR at 11:45am and because of my work schedule John met me at my house after hours 8:20pm the same day I called. And he didn't charge me extra! He knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part on the truck and had it fixed by 8:50pm. I had called other HVAC company's and nobody's prices could beat AYOS AIR. And the customer service from Sam and John was top notch. I will never use anybody else for my HVAC needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. John is honest and his prices are reasonable. He did a tremendous job replacing my two AC units. The price was much less than it would have cost me with the big name company I had used in the past. While not nearly as important but still very nice, these are the best looking AC units I have ever seen.

Ramiro was great and honest. Got here on a Sunday, was able to diagnose the issue, came back on Monday and fixed our AC. Life saver. The scheduling office was good to work with as well. All around great company.

They were professional and efficient. I was kept informed from the initial appointment until end of service. They text me with arrival time along with a photo of tech. Ramiro arrived in both company vehicle and uniform. This was 5 stars plus.

From requesting an estimate, having changes to the estimate, to the final install everything was great! All of my questions were answered and I really like they send a text with a picture of the representative coming to your home. Their price was one of the best I received, but in the end it was the customer service that sealed the deal.

Scheduled in the morning and they were at my house a couple of hours later! Ramiro was very professional. He fixed our condenser for a reasonable price and we were back to cold air on a hot August day in less than an hour! Will definitely use them again!

Good customer service, the technicians were prompt and on time. They finished the job in a timely manner. They gave a thorough explanation of everything they did and were very clean. Tru climate is the most responsive and friendly AC/ heating company I have used. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable and don’t try to over charge. And if I have problems they are prompt to return my call and get out to my house.

Our AC unit went out last Sunday in triple digit heat. We reached out to TruClimate and they quickly scheduled a technician to come out to our house. Ramiro came out and it turns out that our 17yr+ unit finally needed to be replaced. They got us quickly scheduled and installed a brand new smart, energy efficient system that’s working wonderfully. An added bonus is that we can all control it on our phones from anywhere. Will and his team: Michelle, Ramiro, Florentino, and other staff were super professional and provided quick and excellent customer service. Highly recommend TruClimate for all your AC needs!!

We had a new replacement a/c unit installed. Ramero was the lead installer and he is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail and kept us informed during the work. TruClimate is an excellent company and employees the quality technicians. Had additional service at different location. Romero was the service man. He checked the unit and replaced the capacitor and the u nitro is working fine. We were told by another company the complete unit should be replaced. TRUCLIMATE can be trusted. 10-27-2025

I have dealt with numerous AC service providers in the past I’ve had some ok experiences and not so good experiences.
I hired Will, the owner of TruClimate, several years ago to replace my AC unit and had a great experience. Every time I have an AC issue, I call on Will because I know the work will be done right at a reasonable price. His employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you have any AC needs, call TruClimate because they will take care of your issue and won’t take advantage of you.

The service tech, Ramiro and his helper were respectful and very thorough. We were given clear and concise communication on any recommended repairs and costs. Great experience! And they were on time!

Had an AC unit go out and TruClimate was highly recommended by a family member. I talked to two other companies prior so I provided them with details of the issue. I was contacted with an estimate for repair and replacement that was extremely competitive. Technician Alan arrived the next day and had our AC unit back up and running quickly. He took the time to answer my questions and explain how things worked and even showed me how to compete a couple of things on my own to save a future service call and extend to life of my system.
