Ryan Fiscus from BAHS worked on an A/C unit in my home. It is refreshing to see that there are still people who are honest and are not in it to rip customers off. Very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.

This company is very expensive. I called them out for a service call. They told me $118 for them to come out after hours. The tech found i had a bad contactor. He told me it would be $195. Knowing that a contactor is ballpark $20 I assumed the total bill would be $195. That is not the case. The total bill was $353. After talking to the president of the company he told me that $353 was their fee but he would bring it down to $275. After calling other companies in the are and comparing the price most were around $125 but the highest was $200. So I caution you if you call this company for a service call plan on paying premium dollar.

Spoke to Judd over the phone today. He was extremely genuine and professional. We have been having an issue with an odor at our house. We thought it might be the HVAC system. We had someone come out from another company to inspect it. That guy couldn't find anything, but we were still leery about the situation and decided to get a second opinion. Judd took the time (on a Saturday morning, I don't even think the business was open at the time) to break everything down for us, explain how the HVAC system works. He could have easily instisted on coming out and charging for a service call, but he didn't. He was extremely helpful, listened to everything we had to say, gave us thoughts on other avenues we might explore, and invited us to call again if we had more questions. I will def turn to these guys in the future for any other HVAC concerns that arise. Thank you, Burleson Air & Heat.

Air conditioner broke, couldn't get an appointment for 4 days. End of summer, my house was 90degrees while I waited for service. They don't dispatch until they call you. So if you miss their call they cancel your appontment. And even if you call back within the 4 hour window of our appointment, you'll have to reschedule for another day. So there is really no point in making an appointment unless your ready to waiting around for 4 hours for them to call you.

I love the product and work your company and crew performed at the house.
I give you an A+ for this job.

11-16-2020 Burleson Air and Heating is by far the best company I've dealt with in years. What you advertise you do. You installed my complete system, (duct work, HVAC system, thermostat. Afterwards I had set you up on a maintenance program. Every fall and summer you showed up for service without fail. The system had an error code the other day and you sent some one out with-in an hr.
Your work and service could not have been better. Best thing I ever did was to select your company.

Crooks. My pipes rattle in my walls now every time the system shuts off. Paid over 9k for a 3k system. Took them 4hrs to install. So by my calculations they made over 5k profit after expenses. They wanted 600 more dollars to come out and properly install a suction line that they resized 3 times on the outside of my house because they didnt want to run new copper. Confronted the owner in person at his office says he is in spec with Lennox but it clearly says the line must be bigger in lennox guide books. There are distillate in my lines making them rattle in the wall of my garage.

Had Judd out to my house he full of it as well. Don't do business with this company.

My condenser fan motor went out. I removed it and went to a local supply shop. They had a universal replacement, but re-wiring it intimidated me, as I am not a HVAC Guy. I called BHAS and they told me to stop by. Not only did they have a compatible unit, they took the time to ask me about my application, modify the unit as needed and make it a VERY basic install. They did all of this at 5pm just as they were about to close. I can’t thank them enough. Very good people.

Called about my a/c not working. They said I was added to the schedule and someone would come today. No one ever showed and no one ever called. I even called a second time to make sure they were still coming and the lady said they were. Apparently I was being lied to. If you don’t have time to come out, just tell the person so they can call someone else! You have lost my business after 2.5 years.

These people are top of the line!! Fantastic responses from the office to technicians…Joel & Anthony are great technicians & make sure they are taking care of the customers needs. I recommend them to everyone.

BAHS have been taking care of my family for near 30 years and have always done a great job! So much so that even after we moved away from Burleson to FTW they are still are go to. They are fast and responsive and friendly. They cannot be beat. 5/5!

Woke up with no heat this morning. Called Burleson Heat and Air. Anthony came out and fixed us up! Great job, courteous, and answered all my dumb questions. Will definitely be using them if we have anymore problems.

I've used BAHS a few different times now (I own some rental properties). They are always timely, professional and trustworthy. This goes a long way in my opinion. I don't feel like I've ever been taken advantage of with them. I like using local businesses when I can.

BAHS is an amazing company. They are honest, reliable, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't think of using another company. Even though I have a home warranty, I choose to have these guys do all my maintenance.

Very Positive Experience, even though we had not made a previous appointment, Our Air went down and when they found out my wife had COPD, the made every effort to get it back up and running, Approx two hours from initial call until it was fixed. Could'nt have been any better.

Our unit quit heating in the early morning hours so we called Burleson Air this morning and David showed up a couple of hours later. David identified our problem and had it up and running within minutes. My wife and I very much appreciate this company and they’re technicians.

We have been using Burleson Air and Heat Systems for years. They have helped us in emergency situations and with common issues. Their integrity and expertise can not be matched. Our issue this time required Ryan to come up with a "creative way" to address it and he did. Works like a charm.

Had not used a local AC company before, so looking at all the choices, I went with a company whose name I remembered from when I first moved to Burleson 30 years ago. With this kind of luck I should have been at the casino. Everything from my first call, to the tech Ryan solving my problem, to the cost was everything a homeowner customer could hope for. This is my recommended go to A/C business from now on.

I think the service technicians are very helpful and informative. We bought a home with an older unit and Burleson Air and Heat has helped us keep the old unit in good shape until we can afford to replace it. We will definitely have them replace it soon. Until then, thank you for always coming out ASAP when we need it.
