We had David come out twice and he was super helpful with fixing our issues. First time was for the heater and second was for our AC and both times he arrived in a timely manner and was quick to resolve the situation. Highly recommend!

Ryan had come out and gave a fair and honest quote on replacing our system and air ducts - gave us options for equipment . They brought all hands on deck to get us completed in a day and worked there tails off . They were there til 9pm so i k ow they were exhausted . All the guys were courteous and professional and they did an awesome job . I would highly recommend them to everyone ! Thanks Guys !

I called at 8:05 AM to explain my issue and they were out at the house by 8:35 AM. The technician fixed the problem within an hour and all was right again!! I LOVE Burleson Air and Heat.

I had three different companies out in the last two weeks. All of them pushed to just sell me a new system and could never fix the actual problem. A friend recommended Burleson Air and Heat. They came out and fixed what turned out to be a simple problem, and my air conditioner has worked great since. Will definitely use them in the future.

Burleson Air & Heat did an outstanding job in a very short period of time. The service technician was considerably professional and knowledgeable about his field of work. Our AC issues were assessed and located right away. We had previously experienced services from two other companies which were very poor in comparison to Burleson Air and Heat. I highly recommend this company for any of your AC and Heating needs. You will not be disappointed with their services.

This company literally came to my rescue during storm Uri in mid-February. My central heat stopped working on Saturday, Feb. 13. My usual company is in central Arlington and could not safely get to my home. With rolling blackouts and no heat, I was searching for a company somewhat near me. Burleson Air & Heat Systems said they thought they could safely get to me 2/16. They were able to fix my unit so that it would work but warned that the breaker was very weak. Of course, the rolling blackouts eventually destroyed the breaker's ability to deal with the power surges. But I had glorious heat for a time, and an electrician made it to my home 2/17 and replaced breakers.
Burleson Air & Heat Systems is my HVAC company now. Their team was efficient, explained the issues to me thoroughly and charged their routine prices. Great service!

I was surprised they were able to schedule me for the HVAC checkup on the very day I called. I've dealt to with BAHS for nearly 20 years and they have always been amazing. The technician, Jud Cook, was very helpful. Jud even went into the attic area and opened several vent flaps that had been closed for years; it made an immediate impact of the air flow throughout the house.

My only regret is that I didn't call them months ago. On a scale of 5, I give them 10 STARS!

Great company and does a fabulous job. Always so professional and thorough. We are on a maintenance schedule and have been since installation years ago. Have had very little problems with them coming twice a year for checkups! Love these people. Call them for your heating and air. You won’t regret it.

I would like to say how fantastic Burleson Air and Heat Systems were to have service my AC Unit. There are so many companies that do HVAC in the area but BAHS is hands down the best. It all started with the polite and professional office staff that booked my appointment. These ladies definitely took the time to listen to me and my concerns that I had with my AC Unit. Anthony was the Technician that arrived (on time) to my home and was beyond knowledgeable and super professional just like the office staff. Anthony listened to the concerns I was having with my AC unit before telling me what I needed to do. Anthony and the rest of the BAHS team has a customer for life and I am so glad that my wife told me to call these guys. Thank you and I will recommend y’all to anyone in need of HVAC services!

Our family has done business with BAHS for years. They have always been amazing. But, we recently had to have 2 new units replaced within a month of each other. The first one wasn't a big deal. But, the second installation (in the attic) proved to be more of a challenge. The guys from BAHS went above and beyond trying to make sure everything was done correctly for us. I couldn't say enough good things about this company!!

Such a great family-owned business. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had a system installed in my home as well as two rental homes in the past couple of years. This company has been fantastic. Reasonable prices and the best thing is that they are trustworthy. In business over 25 years says a lot to me......not a fly by night operation. I know they will be there for me over the next years.

We first met Jud a few yrs ago when we needed some work done on a mini split system. Two yrs ago he installed a new mini system. He is ALWAYS knowledgeable ,informative and dependable. They are prompt and always call when they are on the way.
Had to give them a call yesterday as our A/C went out and Jud came by and set us up with the new system.. Bonnie at the office got everything handled and ordered so we could be up and running ASAP. Today David and Chad came to install new Heating-A/C units in our home, both of them working together had installed both units in just a couple of hours. They went over all maintenance and use of new thermostat, and answered all questions. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL!!

First time customer. A/C stopped last night. Called this morning and Josh was technician. This was great experience. Excellent service and reasonable cost. Josh was clearly dedicated to his work. Very pleasant and gave good incite on what was going on. I will definitely use again.

I got off late at night on Sunday to find my AC not blowing cold air. I left a message on BAHS website and by 8am Monday I was receiving a call by them to come out. Being Labor Day I assumed there would be added charges, but no just the standard fee.
By 10am my AC was up and running helping my house cool before the heat set in.
Anthony was my tech and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and fixed my problem quickly and not breaking my wallet.

It’s hard to find honest people willing to help you as the customer before the money. But I truly believe BAHS is one of those companies that believe a loyal long lasting customer is better than a fast buck.

My 5 1/2 year old A/C went out sometime during the night Wednesday morning 9/6/2023 and when another company I contacted for service never called back, later that afternoon shortly after 5 PM (it was now 91 in my house!!) I sent Burleson Air & Heat Systems a "panic" message through their website asking for help. They called me first thing Thursday morning at 7:19 AM (they open at 8) and scheduled a tech to be out at my house between 12 and 2 that day! They called back at 12:51 PM to say their technician would arrive in ~15 minutes. YAY!! Sure enough, ~15 minutes later Anthony showed up and promptly began troubleshooting. Turned out it was just a bad capacitor so that was good news. He also went up in the attic to clear out the primary pan drain since water had been dripping from the overflow drain on the side of the house, which is from the emergency pan. All in all an excellent experience and for the price I definitely cannot complain. Anthony is great and their service outstanding. Definitely two thumbs up!! Thank you Burleson Air & Heat Systems.

Jonah was great! He pulled out our coil unit and then cleaned it outside. He had to call another tech to help him get the unit out of the air unit. Very quick to arrive. No extra charge. My unit is quite old. They were very careful. Also, since I know nothing about fixing anything ( 35 year math teacher. I am good at preparing others with the tools to do these jobs ). So, I always hang over anyone's shoulder who comes to fix anything. Jonah was happy to explain everything he was doing the entire time. I recommend this company very highly!

Jonah and Jr installed our new system in February and did an outstanding job! Today we had to call them back due to a minor issue (our line was plugged). They took care of it right away, 10 minutes, and it was done! They had a very busy day, but they took the time to address my concerns regarding the outside unit. With a minor adjustment, everything was back on track! I appreciate that so much, they are truly rockstars!!!

Almost 40 yrs as family business in Burleson, great reviews and good references...it was a no brainer choice especially since they also give back to their community and support BPD!
And they delivered on their good reputation. From Ryan's initial visit and patiently answering my dozens of questions, I was reassured I had made the right choice. I'm a senior and he took time to listen and consider my situation so I felt respected...no pushy sales talk, just helping me solve my problem with great products at a cost I could manage.
Was able to get equipment and start in a few days. Installers Edward and Junior worked cleanly and quickly to get inside and outside units installed, tested and running in under 6 hours. They were so respectful and well mannered, a testament to a good company as well!

Wow are these people great. First off being a American home shield customer for 10+years we are used to good service, but this was over that. From Lisa working to get is a timely and comfortable appointment time to seeing a brand new clean truck pull up with Mike, he knows his stuff, technician. Issue diagnosed in 2 minutes, problem solved and the truck rolling away in 10 minutes. We will be customers of theirs as long as we are within their service area. Thank you for your great service.

Pretty disappointed since we've used them before. Long story short, wife called in because our downstairs unit smelled like a rodent died inside of it. Our upstairs unit had no smell. Guy shows up, blocks my wife in our driveway, as well as the side walk, and leaves his truck like this. (Picture attached) shows up looking very unprofessional (picture attached). Spends 20 total mins at out home, including the time it takes him to get tools, go up stairs, in the attic and everything.... says "I didn't find anything".. charges $49.99 and leaves. He did nothing but take the side cover off the attic unit, and put it back on. Didn't look in any ducts, didn't do look in the vents, nothing. Pretty disappointed!!
