This company is the absolute best. From the owner to his crew! They have saved us from the mis summer heat and the rare cold spells when our inside and outside units went out at 2 different times. The owner is very kind and honest and his crew works just as hard and they're all very respectful of your home and time.

I got home to a burnt wire. It caught me off guard, I called him. Thinking it was a “simple fix” I could do. I got in a pinch, he came in and helped me out! VERY THANKFUL. I definitely have a AC guy now for times I get over my head.

100% recommend Donnie! He arrived just a few hours after I contacted him (On his day off might I add) and got my AC up and running quickly. He was very thorough and made sure he explained every step of the process to me. He followed up after to make sure my AC was cooling the house and still running properly. they came, found the issue. completed the service. they were very respectful of my home. they explained what the issue was. process of fixing it. was very honest about my system is already on borrowed time. it over 20 years old.

I had originally made a post, I deleted due to fact of the outcome. Donnie answers right away ans put worked with my schedule MOST BUSINESSES WONT GO THIS FAR! The gentleman who came to do a service and figure out what was wrong with my unit were very fast and informative extremely nice as well. Unfortunately they did thr work without telling me how much it would cost. It was just a miscommunication on their end. I was confused on wondering if this is how business was done. Donnie reached out the next day and refunded me the entire thing. This is not what I wanted honestly. But he insisted it was the right thing to do because it was a mistake on their end. I’m here to say this is a great business and wishing them the best success. Not because of the refund but because the honesty of this business that is so so hard to find. Please accept my apology I was not trying to ruin your business in any way. Lesson learned. We all live on edge thinking everyone is out to get us but there are still really good people out there such as this business. God bless you.

Text yesterday to see when he could come out, because our AC wasnt blowing cold air. He came out around noon today. He was fast , friendly and his prices are reasonable!!! Highly recommend !!!

Even with all the ice on the roads and the parts houses being closed, Mr Price was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about his work. He repaired my unit that had heating elements that had never been wired correctly since it was installed years ago. Great work!!!! Thank you!!

I followed the recommendations of a lot of people here in Alvarado and contacted Price Hvac/r Solutions llc. It took less than an hour for someone to come to my house, and within an hour my AC was working again.
The technician was Garrett. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
So glad to have cool air again 🥶

What an amazing Company. I wanted to try a different AC company. Mine was great but always felt like they were trying to up sell me products. AC went out and heard good things about AeroCool in the Neighbor hood so gave them a call. AeroCool came out the next day and found my compressor had tapped out. Donnie and his Son had my unit up and running in a few hours. They were very personable and answered all my questions. The price was better than fair and they have earned my business from here on out.

Donnie was great. They came out quick, assessed the issue sent me a bid and then came back and got the repairs done. They took before and after pictures. Explained everything to me and didnt mi d that I was there asking questions. We have lived in this house for 5+ yrs with air quality and flow issues the entire time. Since his work we have noticed a huge difference in both. We signed up to have him come out twice a year for HVAC service. If you need someone honest and fast call these guys.
