Cannot convey my appreciation enough! After my AC stopped working on a hot night I called at 8:05 am and the woman said someone would be there before 12. Less than 30 mins later she called back to let me know someone was on their way and it seemed like he was there 5 mins later. Nick was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up and got us fixed up at a great price! I’ll be calling these guys for all my HVAC needs and I suggest you do too!

My a/c wasn't cooling and I made a quick call to BAHS. Bonnie was quick to answer and was able to schedule a service call that morning. Joel arrived 30 minutes later and got started working on diagnosing the problem. In a hour the repairs were made and "he brought life back" to my system. The professional service, quick response, and friendly employees had my situation resolved. Thank you BAHS. You will always be my preferred HVAC company.

For the past month, I've been having furnace problems. I had used another company and was extremely disappointed. Was given contact info for Burleson. Doug and Mason came out and did a fantastic job. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Will def use them again and recommend them.

The counter guy who works the weekdays must suffer from affluenza.

I have been using Reece for some time now. I first started at the Burleson location to get the GE equipment as not all of the Reece locations carry the GE Equipment, and I live between this location and the one in Denton. I keep going back to the Burleson location because of Zack and Stacie. I am not a large business, and I am used to being blown off by sells reps and managers at most supply houses. I have never felt that way here. There have been multiple times that Zack and Stacie have really gone out of their way to help me out. This is my store as long as Zack and Stacie are there.

Thank you again and I truly apologize for not writing a review before however you have came through again and did the job correctly. unfortunately we pay these big corporate department stores for install services when we buy their equipment however, they are cutting corners by outsourcing to people who don't have the necessary skills to do the job right. Now, we the customers are forced to eventually call out the professionals that they should have used in the first place. don't waste your time paying dept. stores for installations folks. Don here, took the call, stopped by , diagnosed and fixed the problem that the original installers created and the dept. store still hasn't figured out how to complete this very task. Don even taught me more about my unit as I was asking questions about the unit which is also rare nowadays. Thank you again and you are my A/C guy from now on.

Donnie is the by far the best in the business.
He fixed a leveling issue that caused mildew buildup to where it drained properly and got rid of the awful smell that it was causing.
He is not someone to recommend something you don’t need like these other big name companies. He is extremely knowledgeable,and will take pictures to show you the actual issue.
He truly cares about the wellbeing of your family,and your home.
I’ve never met anyone in the industry like him. He offers financing for those who can’t pay upfront,and monthly plans for servicing and cleaning.
11/10 recommend him to everyone!
