Brandon and Thomas from "Burleson Septic Cleaning" are heroes to me. I called on Burleson Septic Cleaning several years ago to empty our tank believing this would resolve a backup issue in our home. Emptying the tank did not resolve the issue but Brandon asked if he could use my garden hose to try & correct the plumbing issue he believed was causing the backup. He fixed the problem! I knew who to call when a small sink hole over my septic tank was discovered. Thomas came to the rescue and determined that the lid had collapsed on one of our tanks. When they came to replace the lid a bigger problem was exposed, the tank itself had had also been damaged. Thomas recommended contacting my home owners insurance provider to to see if they would cover what would be a much larger expense than either of us had anticipated. To my delight my insurance company agreed to cover cost of a new aerobic system so Thomas recommended a different company to install, they don't install these systems. The cost of new system would be around $15,000. My insurance company called me later to report they'd made a terrible mistake and would not cover any of the cost of a collapsed septic system. I contacted my heroes to see if there was another option. These two guys repaired the old tanks using their creativity and know how at a fraction of what the new system would cost me. I recommend Burleson Septic Cleaning to anyone with a septic system. Good, trustworthy, hardworking & caring men do exist and two of them work for Burleson Septic Cleaning.

Ashley was the lady I talked to on the phone and she was absolutely AMAZING! She got me scheduled for the same day service and she knew what she was doing. Along with the service guy, Kris, he called and told me how long he would be until he arrived. He showed up on time and he was done in the amount of time he said he would be. I definitely recommend using Burleson Septic. 🙂🙂

Shannon was incredible!! Even though it was challenging and he was exhausted from digging and searching , he persevered ! Then he called his teammates for back up. Between the three of them, they found the second opening, emptied and cleaned the tank, leaving everything in pristine shape!! What a team you have!!!

I hate plumbing but am somewhat mechanically inclined. I started on a plumbing project on my home fairly late on a Saturday afternoon. I ended up running into a major issue and panicked after it was late and I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t want to keep the water turned off the rest of the weekend but I really didn’t want to call a plumber after hours (Expensive) so I called Winnett plumbing and explained my problem. He told me he was headed to another job and couldn’t get by today, but he explained in detail what I needed to fix my problem and I could get the parts at Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s, found the part and got the plumbing issue resolved. Mr Winnett knew what I needed and I did not. He could have come by after hours on a Sunday and charged me a crazy amount for a simple part I bought at Lowe’s, but he didn’t and walked me through it so I could get it fixed and save some money...It seems that honesty is hard to come by in a company anymore, so by this gesture, he will have my business in the future.
