John and Alex were two of the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers I have ever used. They were very willing to show me how to shut valves off inside and outside when a leak was detected. They took time to talk me through the best options to resolve my leak. They’re 10/10!

The technician showed up on time, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked me through the repair options without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently, the area was left clean, and my hot water was restored the same day. Pricing was fair and upfront. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing water heater repair or plumbing work. John is the absolute best in the business.

When our AC quit the day after Christmas, we were anything but thrilled. We called KMP, and Michael arrived within an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. After 20 years with another service provider, we decided to switch our contract to KMP, and we’ll be requesting Michael for all future service calls. He did an outstanding job getting our system back up and running. You don’t expect a 3-year-old unit to fail, but as they say, nothing lasts forever. We’re grateful to have KMP on our side for whatever comes next!

The young man that came to get my toilets working better was very professional. Arrived within the stated hours and was very thorough! He got everything working in both bathrooms efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Absolutely call KMP! My service call was with Michael and he was great. Took his time to assess the problem and gave great details on any/all issues. Answered every question in layman terms so I could understand what was necessary and what was optional. Will definitely call again!

I have used KMP a few times in the past but will never use them again. Needed my mini split charged he came out and said he couldn't do it today because of the temperature. He knew the temperature before he came out and if the scheduler told him i needed a charge, why did he come out. I told him and the scheduler that I have the refrigerant it just needed a charged. I told him it does have a small leak that I am going to fix but with the weather coming in there just wasn't time. He said he could come back out tomorrow since the temperatures were going to be better and he would call his boss and get a quote. After a few minutes he said to do the work it would take about an hour and a half to two hours. They'd have to reclaim any refrigerant in the line, which is fine. Not sure why he couldn't have just returned it to the compressor but there could be moisture etc in the line so I get it. But with this and using my refrigerant it would cost $1480. Cheaper to trash this unit and buy a new one for that price. So they got a $79 service call fee from me just to show up and say they can't do it today and gave me one of the most ridiculous quotes I have ever heard. KMP use to have fair and reasonable prices and did outstanding work. Not sure what happened but I will never refer them anymore to any of my trades families ever again.

Called them today at 10:30 and they were at my house before 1:00 pm! That’s pretty incredible considering I didn’t arrange an appointment beforehand.

He did the work, super clean, professional, and easy to talk to with valuable informative tips along the way.

I cannot say enough great things about KMP and the plumber (Nick Riley) who came to address our slab leak. From the moment he arrived, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Slab leaks can be stressful, but he immediately put us at ease with his clear communication and expertise.

He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, walked us through the process step by step, and kept us updated throughout the entire job so there were absolutely no surprises. That level of transparency was truly appreciated. He gave us options and didn't try to push the most expensive option. He allowed us to decide and clearly answered any questions we had to come to the best decision.

What stood out the most was how respectful he was of our home. He was extremely mindful of cleanliness, careful with his work area, and left everything in great condition when the job was completed. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

If you need plumbing services—especially for something as serious as a slab leak (honestly any plumbing need)—I highly recommend KMP. Exceptional service from start to finish!

I used KMP for some pressure tests as well as fixing drain repairs under the home. My first large project with them was back and fourth with questions and processes for such a large scale job. Overall they did a great job and satisfied the repairs. They also did an Amazing job on finishing my hose bib project! They are new and a well done job. I appreciate the team! They genuinely want to keep their customers satisfied and happy and I appreciate their customer service!
