Called and got an answer on the first ring, which was important due to the urgency (in my mind) of the issue. Joel was able to come out and fix on the same day. Curtious, professional, kind and understanding. Extremely fair on the price. HIGHLY recommended.

I called Burleson Plumbing Service to come out and fix clogged pipes at my mom's house at 11:00pm on a Sunday night. Joel showed up in 30 minutes just like he said he would. He quickly fixed the problem and was more than fair on the price. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If you are looking for a honest and experienced plumber, call these guys!

We requested a kitchen faucet installation and our installer Jake came out and installed it in about 30 min, and we are super happy with it. Very professional and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a plumbing emergency on Sunday night/Monday morning. Joel showed up right when he said he would at 12am! He was quick, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

They're great until there's a problem. I called initially to have my original water heater fixed which I paid for and ended up with the same problem a couple of months later. So then I paid for them to install a new one which still had the same problems. Multiple calls later asking when they could come by to take another look at what the issue is or perhaps replace what may be a defective product, and no return calls or visits. So I feel like I've paid for services I haven't received.

Uhm so, not sure exactly how we feel about Burleson Plumbing. We had a quick bid done before using them- seemed reasonable for the work we wanted done. But when the plumber came out to actually do the work.. for starters he was about three hours late (we hadn’t moved in yet, so I drove an hour to sit at our house just waiting. which was frustrating, but not entirely his fault. I know some jobs run longer than expected. And after a half hour, he did call to let me know he would be late). He was also a bit unprofessional when he started complaining about how much work he had done the night before and that morning- and then seemed upset when he learned that he was out to my house to actually do work (apparently he was under the assumption he was just out to give a quick bid).
He seemed to do a decent job, but kind of lazy I guess. He left all his garbage behind and also re-used our old broken washer box- making it crooked on the wall, as well as making our cold line not sit right on the valve.
But then after he left, our hot water tank wouldn’t work nor would our gas furnace. Luckily, they sent out a different guy who was able to fix it for free!
But overall, not horrible. He got the job done, just not that great. Wouldn’t really recommend.

I called Joel early on a Sunday morning. He answered the phone friendly and courteous and was over with in 25 minutes. He was friendly and courteous the entire time but more importantly he was knowledgeable and prepared. I had a plumber out a few weeks ago with the same problem I had this morning, he did not even look for the drainage thingy and it was the first thing Joel did. He also told me that the drainage was right next to some bushes and recommended they be cut down because of the roots. Joel even offered to do that task too!! I will definitely call Joel for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to anyone and everyone I know!

Had an emergency leak from a pipe connecting to my water meter that was gushing water out in the street. Burleson water wouldn’t touch it. I was panicked and my husband was out of town. Called Joel and although he had about 4 other calls ahead of me, assured me he would come out late that evening.
Luckily, he managed to come out sooner, found the leaking spot, explained everything, went to get the parts and came back and fixed it. Price was also very reasonable. Thank you Joel!

Best plumber in the area. Honest pricing and no upselling. Great work every time. He got our old water heater up and running in no time.

We had sewage back up from the main line connected to the city. Our showers, both toilets, and the sink was backing up. Joel had a busy same-day schedule but he still made time for us. He was punctual, polite, honest, and his customer service was impeccable. Not to mention, the issue was resolved after a rough last 6mo of dealing with the same thing and multiple other failed plumbing companies. Thank you again, Joel!

Wow, everyone. It's currently 9:23p on a Sunday. I called Joe probably about 30 minutes ago to make an appointment for a leaky bathtub faucet tomorrow morning. It just needs the shower cartridge replaced (which I had), but I was unable to do so and and just made the leaking worse. He answered within 1 ring, and even though he was on a personal errand, offered to stop by and replace the cartridge. And to be clear, I was worried about pulling the escutcheon (faceplate) off the wall because I'm terrible about caulking. Joe first tried to reassure me that I didn't have to caulk and probably didn't need his help and have to spend the money. However, I insisted (I really didn't want to make it worse), and by amazing luck, he was just down the street and could stop off on his way to his errand. Joe was so kind and helpful. He got it done in less than 10 minutes (saving a ton of water) and was super easy to talk to (a huge plus in my book!). His price was super fair, considering it was 9p on a Sunday. He's saved me from missing work, wasting money and water, and taking a cold shower in the morning (since it was leaking hot water). I can't speak highly enough of Joe's service, and he will be the only person I'll contact for any plumbing concern I have in the future.

They did an amazing job! It was my first experience hiring a plumber ever and I was amazed at how quickly he took care of the issue and explained to me what it was! Definitely will be using them again if we have any more issues. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

We had a broken water line. Joel showed up when he said he would. Had everything fixed in just over an hour (including a trip to the store for a part) and he charged half what his estimate was because it didn't take as long as he thought. Very honest. And he gave us a warranty on the work. Highly recommend him.

Joel did an amazing job installing my kitchen faucet. He was available before installation to help me choose the right faucet, he was really quick with the installation & he even cleaned up after he was done. AND he was super affordable!! I highly recommend him!!!

Joel came out right after we called him and told him about our problem. Had a plumber from a different company come out yesterday and couldn't fix the problem wanted to charge me 1200 to dig up lines and fix it. Joel checked the lines and said no that the way the lines were run were not the problem and that we did not have a clog. Informed us we had a two tank system that we didn't know about, and told us how to fix it the problems. He was very courteous and professionally. Will be using him again if we need a plumber.

Amazing service! Very fair prices but the most important is that Joel is extremely respectful and honest. He fixed an issue with a pipe that other plumbers overlooked and was on time! I HIGHLY recommended Joel and Burleson Plumbing Service and will only be calling him from now on!

Dang these people don't seem to care about getting back with you very quickly or even answer the phones. I called at 4:30 left a message on Monday evening and even tried calling again the next morning around 9 still no answer and I still have not received a call back from them by 10:36 the next morning. I'm moving on to someone else and deleting their contact information out of my phone

Awesome experience! Joel was very professional and worked me in his very busy schedule with no extra charge! Very honest and upfront about what needs to be done and didn’t try to make up extra stuff for more money! Prices are very reasonable, and although I hope I don’t need his services again, he’d be the first one I call if I did! I highly recommend him and the company for all your plumbing needs! Job well done!
