Joel was amazing! I called them late last night and told him what was going on. It was nice that an actual person picked up. We easily set a time for him to come by the house today. He called before coming. My wife and I had a few questions about water pressure and temperature and Joel made sure to answer them and fix them before he left. This was an easy processes and I highly recommend you use them!

I had Joel install a 70 foot gas line around my house and connect my new gas range. He was amazing with answering all of our questions and reassuring us on safety. He sent a digger out and that guy worked in the rain to dig our trench. Even with it filling with water, he got it done quickly. Joel ran the line and he had our trench filled back in within 24 hours after our inspection. His price was really good -- we shopped around. I have since had him back for a leak under our sink. Great customer service - returned calls quickly and I'm in love with gas cooking once again! I've already referred him and my friend was very happy with the service and is now recommending him. Top notch!!

I called this morning with an outside dripping faucet that my neighbor alerted me to. I spoke to Joel and he was able to fit me in even though they had many jobs that had to get done today. Originally it was supposed to be this evening, but Jake was able to get here sooner which made me happy.

Jake is very professional, efficient, and very pleasant. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. They are reasonably priced and really nice people. I will absolutely use them again and would have no issues with recommending them to anyone that needs good plumbers to come out and do their work. Thank you, Joel and Jake!

I’m an old customer of KMP but a year or so ago Michael installed their air improvement items in my home. It’s had a huge impact on my allergies and helping me sleep at night. I was skeptical at first but it’s been great to breathe better at night. Very happy with his explanations and work!

We have used KMP many years in past and they have always sent the top notch however, this time they sent a tech to do our static test for a slab leak that wasn't nearly experienced. The tech made us believe we had a sewer leak and we waited all week for him to come back and do another test of which he said was a false test and we don't have a leak and I called to talk to a supervisor, left message and he never called me back or even responded to my concern. I'm a little disappointed this time on the expertise as well as supervisors who don't respond back.

Plumbing service has been good; however, HVAC side who most recently visited home to perform calendar service rates only fair. The visit prior to this one, services to HVAC were agreed to by my spouse that I would not of had done and low and behold 30 minutes passed and we were out of several hundred dollars for things I could of easily done myself. This time we were again offered overpriced recommendations, for LED Disinfection Lights for HVAC and ductwork cleaning—not surprised, but not pleased either.

We had Nick come out to our home and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident in the work. We’ll definitely continue using KMP.

At 88 years I’ve had a lot of poor experiences with plumbing companies and contractors in general. And long ago learned to do such work myself. This was my first experience with KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air, and I’ find them great in every way. The office and John Rodiriguez and his parter were all efficient, friendly and helpful, I had installed a new water heater but needed someone quickly with special tools and skill to remove a stubborn 73 year old compression fitting and replace it with a modern threaded fitting. They cheerfully explained things well and went beyond and helped me with a couple things I hadn’t yet finished. Filled the water heater and tested everything (and found a couple slow leaks in my work.). I am impressed with their company and their servicemen and have already added them to the top of my contacts list.
