Their technician, Zach, did a fantastic job repairing my AC unit. He was on time, went straight to work and diagnosed my issue quickly and accurately. He took the time to explain to me what was happening, why, and the best fix. He gave me my options and didn't pressure me into spending a lot of money I didn't want or need to spend.

As a Facilities Manager sometimes things go wrong and you need help. Having KMP plumbers onsite always puts me at ease. They are knowledgeable, professional, great communicators and do great work. NO they ARE NOT the cheapest but for commercial work, when called upon they perform with excellence! They have performed several decent sized jobs for me and some small no rework ever needed on jobs completed. When work has been done for me it was done correctly the first time. I appreciate that.

An urgent late-night call about a malfunctioning AC resulted in a quick response, and the office staff was incredibly polite and empathetic. A technician was quickly scheduled, and technician arrived promptly. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosing the problem and getting the AC running smoothly again. Nick was absolutely amazing! I had a difficult project and he was professional and informative the entire time and went above and beyond I feel at each step. Two others helped him and were also extremely helpful and professional. One was Alex but I didn’t catch the other name. Great great company at each contact point and I would highly recommend them!

Great communication throughout the process and the cost to fix was reasonable. We have used other local companies in the past; however, moving forward KMP will be the only company we call!

Let me start with the good. Service over the phone was excellent, answered quickly and was able to get me on the books. Technician arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable.
However, all the good is overshadowed by the exorbitant pricing. I had a garbage disposal installed that I provided. The work was completed promptly in 45 minutes. All this for $434 after purchasing a $50 toy to waive the actual service call. So hourly pricing is around $400-500 per hour. For big jobs I’m sure that’s great, for small jobs like mine I would recommend a handyman instead.

They were so helpful on the phone, sent Kevin to my dad's house, same day. My dad said Kevin was amazing, professional and respectful. When we have an AC or Plumbing issue again we will be calling KMP

I highly recommend KMP Plumbing!! They provide superb customer service, from the first phone call to when the service is completed. Nick has done work for us at 2 different locations and both times he has gone above and beyond. He makes sure to explain in detail and show you what he's talking about. I appreciate his honesty on the items needing repair and ability to get the job done that day. They provide before and after pics and detailed break down of what you are being charged for. Nick with KMP was truly a blessing, as we had an issue that needed to be fixed ASAP.

The prv (pressure release valve) outside my house needed replacing. KMP did the job. The service man was courteous and polite, and got straight to work. I saved hundreds by going with KMP. I'd recommend them to everyone.
