I have used Big Blades for over 25 years for all my plumbing needs. My kitchen sink was clogged & backed up. I called Big Blades on Monday afternoon at 11:30 and by 12:15 they were here & to remedy my plumbing problem. Mason and Sebastian were quick, informative, & courteous. It only took them about 20 minutes to unclog the kitchen drain. They cleaned up behind themselves before they left. Big Blades Plumbing is awesome & I will call them every time I have a plumbing problem.

Sorry my bad as I meant to post this a week ago Monday, Nov 20, 2023. On Sunday the 19th is when the sewer backed up, just as I was finishing laundry. (Timing is everything.) Two "emergency" calls to my local plumber here in Crowley went unanswered and first thing Monday morning I called a second plumber. Unfortunately they were not able to assist so they recommended Big Blade. I called them at 8:07 AM and they scheduled their plumber to be out within the hour. True to their word they arrived at 9:07 AM. (Security camera time stamp :) ) They ran that rotor thingy (gotta love these technical terms! LOL) all the way out to the city portion of the line, a good 60-75 feet. 30 minutes later they were done and on their way. What caused the clog? Don't know as nothing was caught in the claw. So it's as much a puzzlement to them as it is to me. As this was 2 years 9 months after the last backup (I bought the house in Dec 2020 so that backup was during the "big freeze" of 2021), they recommended having the line cleaned every 2 1/2 years or so, as a preventative measure. Thank you Christopher and Charles!! I definitely recommend this company. Two thumbs up!!

Honesty goes a long way with me and they have a lifetime customer now! Had a problem with my kitchen sink being clogged on a Saturday. I called a company based on a coupon and they were not able to resolve it and wanted to charge me over $1,000 for a hydro jet service. So glad I didn’t get taken advantage of.

I was referred to Big Blade by Platinum Plumbing. Called Saturday evening and was assured I didn’t need a hydro jet service and they would take care of me. They come out Monday and what do you know, they fixed my clogged sink without using hydro jet.

So thankful for honest companies! Shoutout for the excellent and professional service provided by John Hasty!

We are extremely happy with the service this company provided! John and Sam came out on a holiday weekend to help us with backed up pipes for a very fair price, and then John came back the next day to help with the same issue again! They were very responsive, helpful, and great personable people to have work on our home. They had no issue explaining in detail what issues they suspected with the plumbing and possible solutions. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their plumbing. Amazing overall service!

We woke up to a backed up toilet and shower. We called big blade we use them for all our plumbing issues they are Great. Mason came right out and fixed our problem, he was knowledgeable, polite and got the job done quickly. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Our experience with Big Blade Plumbing has been top-notch. Customer service is excellent: professional, friendly, and responsive. We contacted them for a second opinion/estimate for an outdoor leak locate & repair after getting a hefty estimate from another company. The office reached out to me within the hour after I filled out the contact form on their website. Shortly thereafter, one of their supervisors, Ryan, called me to get an idea of the problem, and we scheduled a time for him to come by. He came out and quickly found the leak, gave us a very reasonable quote, and was able to do the repair on the spot. He literally saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I am so thankful we found Big Blade and Ryan!

Did a great job repairing my shower valve. Easy to get in touch with there dispatcher and always call to explain how the job is going and what is needed.

Mason came to help us get our master bath sink unclogged. He was so professional and sweet. He got right to work and had my sink unclogged within minutes. Worst experience ever 1st thing they charged 917 for first time they came well they didn't turn off power source to water heater so I had to replace they cme 3 times 2 of the times they tried to charge me for there service fee once they left this is what I was left with the 7 ft of pex the charged me for well here it is and it's not new ..would never recommend or use them again ..I was without water for almost month and I got left with no water there was too of them u would think it wouldn't look like that ..for a company who doesn't take there employees off a job kinda ironic they left to go fix another persons plumbing .. def contacted BBB

Mason was very helpful and informative to what the issue was that cause our plumbing backup. He kept us informed of every step he was taking and any preventative measures we could take going forward. We also spoke to a lady from their office when scheduling she was very kind and upfront with projected costs based on what we described. We found this experience very pleasant and it was nice to know what was potential cost prior to the problem being fixed.

I have used Big Blade forever! They have come anytime day or night, freezing, flooding, anything. Denise in the office makes you feel like family when you call. Love her! Today the technician was Mason and he was so kind, on time, explained the problems in clear terms, quick to do the work and like everyone else at Big Blade, a pleasure to do business with. Why can’t all companies be like this? They really care. Call them!

Big Blade Plumbing & Rooter came out to fix an incoming water line that was leaking in between two bushes. The previous company had quoted a higher price and wanted to remove the bushes and replace the shut off valve, which was still good. Big Blade Plumbing fixed the leak for a much cheaper price and didn’t remove any bushes. For that I give them 5 Stars.

We had Big Blade replace our hot water heater, they did an excellent job. In the process we had them replace the water line from water meter to house. Also did an excellent job. We will use them again when needed. PM
