very happy with the customer service i received with superior plumbing. i was originally left feeling confused by a minor miscommunication, but they took the time to call and speak with me and make things right. they were more than fair and accommodating. a lot of respect to be had for a company that cares about their customers and wants to do the right thing. those are the kind of people you want to do business with and recommend to your friends, family, and strangers. no business is going to be perfect, but some will care and others won’t. this one cares!

My exterior AC unit was self destructing after 18 years. My interior AC components were 30 years old. Temperature in the house was going over 90. At 78 I do not tolerate the heat as I once did plus I have 5 dogs who were suffering from the heat. I have neighbors who recommended Superior. They were 1 of 5 on my list to call. Superior had an appointment for me the very next day for an inspection and bid. One other company said they do not service mobile homes and 2 others did not return calls for two day and a other has never called back. I knew about what price would be quoted and nothing to do with AC or septic systems is cheap. But the price was fair and I accepted the bid. That was a Saturday and I had my complete inside and outside AC replaced on Monday. It was an extraordinarily easy process and we have cold air. The team that did the installation was courteous and through. Nash, the young man who came to inspect what was needed sat down and explained everything. The receptionist I spoke with was very pleasant and also through. So the entire experience with Superior was great. My old AC man, he is as old as I am and no longer does installations already has another of his original clients needing done what I just had done. His comment was I had received a very good price for what needed and took all of Superiors information for his client . So, yes, I have already made a referral. So for a fair price to get what you need with a knowledgeable staff I would definitely say call Superior. It is such a difficult industry to find someone you feel confident to work with that even my multidecades old AC man could not refer me but instead called me for a referral. Does that not say it all!

Karl came within an hour during the Christmas season. Our garden hose connection was stuck on the hydrant and I broke the pipe behind it.
Karl fixed it rapidly and professionally. He was helpful and explained what he was doing and why. $400+ for the repair was pricey but no water without it, so.

I needed 3 undersink valves replaced and a new kitchen faucet (which I purchased) installed. Skip was on time and did a great job. But, at $200 an hour, I thought he way overcharged me. I was on the hook for the $79 service call, and wanted it done fast, so I paid it. Total bill was $500 for 2 hours.

These are the people you call for anything AC or heat related! They’re honestly the best and most wonderful people I’ve ever worked with. From the staff who answer the phones to the techs who come out, everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares. They won’t disappoint you and really are a 24-hour service. I’m forever grateful for them! Even if they can’t fix something right away, they always do their best to get it done as fast as possible.

The man sent out recommended $6000 dollars worth of work,when I just wanted a pvc compression fitting replaced.I already had it dug up.Just needed to be cut and pulled out and new part just like it put in.The office did contact me later that day and they made it right on there end.

I had a gas leak and was quoted $2000 more than I could afford! So then I called Superior, they came in quickly. Gave me a wonderful price. They got to work and got the job done so quickly and efficiently. Plus they were super professional and nice. I would definitely call them again.

Couldn't be happier. As it usually goes, Friday night I come home to hear a water leak under my house. I called another company, but per their policy, they would only replace the entire cold water system, not repair. We are talking the difference between $500 and $3700! It probably could be replaced, but I can't afford that right now.

Anthony came to my house mid-day Saturday and worked until just about dark. We were flooded, so he set up a pump, and came back Sunday to finish. It didn't take him more than 1/2 an hour to make the repair. Thrilled with the repair at a cost I could afford, but mostly extremely happy with Anthony. He was very friendly, explained what needed to be done (and did it at the price quoted), professional and immediately put me at ease.
