We have suffered with a strange archaic shower set up since we bought the house.
We have tried multiple times to have it resolved to no avail, but now Hawkeye has brought us into a modern shower reality and we are very pleased. Thanks so much.

These folks are the people to call when you want it done right the first time. Smart, knowledgeable, no nonsense, they will get it right. They repaired a new Navien tankless water heater. I spent 45 years in this industry and honestly I was impressed ( doesn't happen often)

Just when you list your faith in humanity along comes someone to right the ship. Had been through three other plumbers trying to fix an almost brand new tankless water heater. The natives at my house were restless and peace has been restored. Hawkeye Plumbing rocks. Ahhhh serenity now

Have used Hawkeye for 4-5 projects (one major) over the last few years. The last couple of projects have had terrible communication and no written estimate up front.
First job: Replace toilet and pull toilet to replace wax ring. Plumber had to come back because he forgot to take the old toilet and had to tighten the other pulled toilet which came loose after a couple days.

Second job: Plumber said job would cost ~$75 plus labor. Job is completed in under an hour, and I receive an invoice for over $650. They claim the part cost $337 (originally said $75, and even if that's wrong, I found one on Amazon for about $165). I complain about the invoice being much higher than expected and they offer to reduce the service call from $250 to $175. That's it.

Will no longer be using Hawkeye and I recommend you avoid them as well.

Myles repaired my garage sink, unstopped the master bedroom toilet, and replaced the guts of another toilet with more modern setup. Did a great job. Remind Myles and Hawkeye Plumbing without reservation or qualification.

I have used Hawkeye Plumbing service at least once a year for the last 8 years. However, after calling on Wednesday for a clogged AC drain line backing up into the emergency pan. They cleared the drain clean out at the sink and called it good. They never demonstrated it was operating. My fault for not verifying but I had no cause to question the service based on past history. The pan remained full when they left. I called them back out as the line still wasn't draining. I pumped out nearly 15 gallons over 12 hours from the pan. The system miraculously cleared itself while they were there. Hawkeye charge me twice. Once for clearing the drain and once Sorry, their explanation was it was due to a drip of condensation on the bottom of the AC.

The "Drip" is still there 28 hours later but there is not a drop of water in the pan. I have absolutely no problem paying for what I owe; however, certainly feel ripped off.

I spoke with the owner hoping to reconcile; however, the main takeaway from him was threatening me with slander. This is exactly how you lose a repeat customer that has never quibbled once labout their price. Absolutely would not recommend using them.

UPDATE - filed a complaint with Visa and after providing them information and Hawkeye's bank my account was credited back the amount in dispute.

Myles arrived quickly after I was told he was on his way. He identified the source of the leak right away, repaired it quickly. It was a good experience.

Hawkeye is always very responsive whenever we need them. I highly recommend that you use them.

I have used his services twice, one scheduled and an unscheduled emergency weekend call that was fixed within a couple of hours of my call. He is friendly and takes the time to communicate the problem and what the fix is. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

Thomas (Hawkeye) is a consumate professional and a great plumber. Our water heater needed replacing and he showed up on time and had our new water heater installed in no time at all. We highly recommend Hawkeye for your plumbing needs.

After shopping around for quotes on a pipe repair we needed about 10 ft under the house, Superior seemed like the best option. They were quick to get us on the books and gave us a same day estimate. My husband was the one dealing directly with the plumbers and said they seemed great. We had one problem and the owner reached out personally to rectify the situation. We greatly appreciated him reaching out to us. We would reach out again if we have pumping needs.

Amazing service! Very friendly. AC went out in the night, called them at 6am and was answered by a friendly lady. Had the AC problem diagnosed and fixed by 10am by technician Ozzy. He was so kind and helpful!

Same day servce. Andy did a great job locating the drain issue on our ac unit. A plumber was also needed which Superior sent right away. Great service.
