This is an update from a previous post. Mr Rachel the owner of Superior AC personally paid me a visit to address my concerns and I must say that by the time we finished our conversation I have a better understanding of the ins and outs of a HVAC unit. It's true that you get what you pay for. So 5 stars all around for Superior AC and heat. If you want quality and professional service please give them a chance. Thanks Mr Rachel for everything.

Woke up to rising temps inside house. Called Superior for AC service around 6:45 am. Technician arrived and was finished by 10:00 am. Was only the capacitor, but it is a Saturday morning and they responded. Excellent service and customer care. Prices, not so much… was charged $595.00 for a capacitor that can be bought from Amazon for less than $90.00. Didn’t know it at the time, but I do now…..

Called on a Saturday and what not charged an exorbitant price. James was the plumber and he explained everything and worked efficiently and neatly.

James was knowledgeable and gave me five different options to fix my stopped up plumbing.

Andy was so kind and helpful! We had to order a part to fix our AC, so I saw him twice and both times he was such a champ! He made me feel like I was part of the process and explained things without me having to ask or making me feel dumb! So sweet to my pets too!

I called and they were able to get me in the same day. Skip came out and was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue quickly and got my drain cleared and us back to flushing. Hes also a big fan of Westerns. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues

Nash was very informative and kept me in the loop about my HVAC issue I was having. Called extremely early and was able to get an appointment same day. Was out there first thing in the morning. Although we could not find an issue with my HVAC he explained what to look for and when to call them back should the issue arise again. Very competitive prices for a tech to come out and take a look. Would recommend this company.
