The quality of work was excellent. Very pleased with how my siding and paint turned out. However, there was some delays from estimate approval to scheduling the job and the project manager missed some details in the original estimate.

Great service! They replaced the roof for us on two different properties. Kathy worked with us through the whole process and helped us with the claim process. The crew was on time and worked non stop, cleaned up, and finished in one day. We have already recommended them to friends and family.

We had been thinking about re-roofing our home for awhile, and honestly we were apprehensive. We heard horror stories from our friends about construction companies that they dealt with. Everything from 6 am wake-ups, rude workers, and even damaged property. That plus the finances delayed our decision.

However, when we met Joe we just knew he was the right guy. He acknowledged our concerns, treated us as a friend and addressed every single question we had thoroughly. He made us comfortable from the beginning and we were extremely happy all the way through the process. To top it all off, our finished new roof is flawless. We won't be getting a new roof soon, but if we were, there’d be no question we would be going to Moore Construction Co. Thanks Joe!

Van did such an amazing job facilitating a rebuild of the front entryway of our house. We switched out our original wrought iron railing and pillars with cedar, and it could not have gone any smoother. My wife and I have already decided to use Van to replace and paint the siding on our house. Thanks!

In 2018 we had our roof,siding and gutters done. I had to be watching them every minute. They broke my water lines to my sprinklers. Used my solar screens as a leverage point when removing the old siding. On the last day they did the caulking late at night in the dark. What a mess that was. Now we have a leak in the roof that has damaged my ceiling, wood floors and several special books. I have been informed that they will NOT cover those damages since it was 2 years ago that the work was done. You can guess what I have to do now.

Moore Construction did a very nice job repairing my fence, rehanging gates and replacing needed panels. However, there was miscommunication and it took them three visits to perform the agreed upon scope of work. Had I not pulled out my ladder to inspect the work, it would have gone incomplete. I think it was a mistake, so I am very pleased with the eventual outcome.

You can do a lot better! Do your homework! Customer service means so much!
As far as replacing your roof, this company was average. I researched and compared this company with others and went with them. They completed the job within the allotted time.

However, the customer service was among the worst of any company I have ever to deal with. I had to deal with my insurance company myself. The roofing company never contacted me after the job was completed to finalize the finances. I had to initiate all the contacts.

When the initial salesman finally came by for the payment, he asked for the money and did not even give me a receipt. He had to look on his phone for the estimate costs for the totals. I asked for an invoice, he had none to give me.

I dealt with the office for the next week trying to get an invoice for insurance purposes. When the owner apologized for the poor training and service from the salesman, I asked what he was going to do to make it right. (Keep in mind, I have still not been given a final bill or invoice, just the initial estimate). I was told by the owner, "Are you just looking for a hand-out?" That was the last straw. I would definitely look elsewhere for contractor services.

They did a beautiful job on my gutters. I had a full install of gutters around the entire perimeter of my house. Pricing was fair and transparent. Job is perfect. I will definately be using Moore Construction in the future for any other jobs I need done around my home.

Moore construction was exactly the kind of home improvement contractor experience I was hoping for. I deal with multiple properties, and have had my fair share of experiences both good and bad with various companies, and I would rate this company at the top of my list of referrals. Joe Moore was personally on site every day while I had a complete 3500sq ft exterior siding job done, and even though it rained like hell right in the middle of the job, they were able to get it all done in the time they promised, and did a great job to boot. While I didnt really have much in the way of conversation with the workers, what interaction I did have with them was very professional, and very courteous. One of the guys even helped my wife bring the groceries in one day!
The price was actually quite a bit lower than the next best bid I got from my search of contractors, and I can honestly say that in this case I think I actually got more than I paid for.
I fully expect to call these guys again next time I have a property that needs work done.

They all were very professional, kind, efficient, and productive, not the lowest price, but quality work at a fair price. We were very happy with the work they did on our exterior and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services Moore Construction provides.

I hired Moore Construction to repair and paint some outside trim that had rotted. The contractor showed up on time on the same day I called for a bid. I was on a short time frame so we could get the house on the market. I accepted their reasonable bid. They agreed to come out on a Saturday to do the work. They did a beautiful job. I would definitely hire them again.

This is by far the best place to get your exterior remodeling; so due to the wind storm, I needed to replace my fence, I thought the search was going to be painful and stressful. However, they made all the process easy for me, I did not have to worry about talking to my insurance company and do all the paperwork. My sales rep was Kevin, he took care of everything, he gave excellent suggestions, he let me knew he was going to travel beforehand, but the same day the owner introduced himself to make sure that the procedure was smoothly, I feel extremely secure that everything was going to be perfect and the way I wanted. They definitely practice their mission. I will never go with anybody else. Thank you Joe and Kevin! I am so happy with the result!

A reliable and honest company to work with. They helped us with our insurance claim, scheduled a date to get the work done, and completed the job in 1 day. After the completion they helped us get our recoverable depreciation. The roof materials have warranty from GAF and the work is under warranty from Moore Construction. I highly recommend this local company.

Moore Construction workers came out the scheduled day, after delivering the materials the day before. They replaced the fence (including the gate) from the garage to the alley and over to the first post. It was a beautiful looking job. I would recommend their work to anyone.

We had our wood siding replaced with Hardie Plank. Moore construction did a great job. They did all the work quickly and neatly. I am now using them to do the same on the garage. I would recommend them.

I am pleased with the work done by Moore Construction, and I would highly recommend them to others. Mike and James are very much appreciated for their help and patience. I had fencing replaced, a patio built, and stains on a ceiling painted. I was able to finance through Wells Fargo's Home Projects program. Thank you so much. I have always had a great experience with this company, especially Chris Lea. The roofing project went great, from the first initial contact and estimate to the final walkthrough. When Chris first came to do the estimate, he arrived right on time and walked me through the project details. He also took care of dealing with the insurance. The project, itself, went very quickly and was done very well. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They are true professionals but treat you like friends.

I had received a couple of quotes for a 685 square foot patio foundation in my backyard and Moore came in and simply blew me away, with their pricing, their communication, professionalism, and the attention to detail of the work done. Could not recommend Moore Construction enough, truly an excellent experience all the way around.

Other than the fence, although really nice, they have refused to come pick up the debris. I have called 3 times to the sales rep, well actually two times to the sales rep; one-time to the company; had to leave a message... during business hours and no one has yet to call me back. In my neighborhood, city compliance workers will cite and fine you for leaving debris on the sidewalk and I am not going to be responsible when it was clearly stated that they would take away the debris. This is the only complaint I would say I had about Moore Construction.

Ohhhh, other than a misquote for a concrete, patio, stamp project that I wanted done. They changed the price or increased the price by $1,300 when I got a different quote due to some minimum requirement that wasn't told to me beforehand. Do not believe I will be working with this company again. They did call to collect their money though.

I have decided to upgrade my review of Moore Construction. James, Joe (the owner, I do believe), & the awesome sales rep (if I can call him that), Chris.....have caused me to change my viewpoint.

The debris has since been removed and they are completing the patio at the originally quoted price. I am ecstatic!! Thanks so much, Chris, for advocating for my family and I.

Do not use this company. They do not stand behind what their employees tell people. When my fence was installed last year I told my project manager James (who is no longer with the company) that there were some damaged pieces of wood that needed to be replaced. He told me to wait until my 1 year warranty period was up and then they would come out and make all the replacements/repairs at once. Fast forward to 1 year later when I contact the company to make the repairs. After being strung along for a month via text message by my new PM Johnathan, with several reschedules and no shows, he finally came out and said the work was “too extensive” and unless I had it in writing from James, there was nothing he would do. A $10k fence and they can’t replace 4-5 boards!??

Just use someone else for your fencing needs.

UPDATE: After only 2 years, part of our fence blew down, now I’m paying (someone else) another $700 to fix it.

I recently had my roof replaced by Moore Construction, and can't speak highly enough about my entire experience during the handling of my insurance claim. Lucas guided me throughout the entire process from start to finish, coordinated the project, and always went out of his way to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The crew were extremely professional. I will definitely be contacting Lucas in the future for any projects we decide to take on here at the house!! They do all general contracting! :)
