These guys did top-notch work on my house. The job turned out to be bigger in a few areas, and the weather made it very tough on them. However, the finished product is awesome! Each area where they worked on my house turned out super nice, and we couldn't be happier. The salesman was great and the working crew at our house was absolutely superb. I would recommend them for any home renovations you need done!

We just finished a complete exterior refresh/remodel of our home and after an extensive search selected Moore Construction to do the bulk of the work. We had the soffits, fascia, siding and shutters replaced; the entryway paneled; the front stairs and stoop tiled; the entire house painted; and all exterior lighting replaced (soffits lights front/back and floods). We worked with Miguel Herrera on this project and he was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond in ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted and that we were 100% happy with the final result. The team was punctual, arriving every day right at 8am, and clearly cared about the quality of their work; which is hard to find these days. We would 100% recommend Moore to anyone looking for this type of work to be done, and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

We selected Moore Construction Co to replace our patio/arbor that was damaged in the May hail storms. We had a difficult time explaining to insurance that the patio/arbor could not be repaired. No one installs custom powder coated aluminum patio covers any more (20yr old install). We received three competitive bids for a cedar replacement of the patio/arbor. Miguel, construction manager, from Moore was the most helpful and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to explain why a repair could not be done. He provided them itemized lists and details of the replacement. He successfully heled us get coverage for a full replacement of a like structure.

Miguel was able to immediately schedule the work and he personally was on site a significant part of the time. We of course added extras and he was able to bring the expertise to accomplish the extra work. I am very happy with the new patio/arbor structure and I am happy to recommend Moore Construction Co for your needs, ask for Miguel!

Guy and his team were awesome, cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional and knowledgeable. Added 18 inches of insulation, rodent proofing for a very reasonable price.

Just wanted to share that the work the team did in our attic has been a complete game-changer. Our condo now stays at a comfortable 72 degrees or cooler at our discretion. The AC now cycles on and off, staying off most of the time. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Be careful, it’s very expensive and the work left much to be desired. Lots of places where the old insulation was not properly and thoroughly removed, not sure if sanitation was done completely, someone fell through my ceiling and that had to be repaired. Given the price that’s quoted for the work, the workmanship does not match the pricing. Work was supposed to be completed over 3 days but second and third day, not much was being done, one of our air ducts was crushed and empty cans of sealant were left back with all the other areas of old insulation. I guess we are some of the first folks to go up and check because they were supposed to do the new insulation too, it might not be caught. Really frustrating for the money we had to spend. Guy was respectful but that’s not enough, the work needs to meet expectations, especially for that high price.

Attic Construction is the company you would need to call when you need installation, sanitation in your attic. They are the best enen in this three digit heat. They clean up afterwards. I’m very satisfied with them getting rid of the rottens in my attic. They sealed holes and the whole nine. I recommend they to you if you like to work with trustworthy people. I can really tell after they finished, I had to turn my thermostat up, it got so cold in my house. It made a great difference.

Buck and his team provided great service. We heard noises in the attic, but were unable to access and find source. The team efficiently removed the old insulation, located the squirrels nest, rodent proofed the attic, and installed new insulation all in a day and a half.

We called Attic Construction for an insulation bid. Our habit is to receive three bids before making a decision. However, Stephany Trinidad came with such a transparent and honest approach, we canceled our third bid and went with Attic Construction. She did not use scare tactics or embellish details to create a high quote but was truthful on her observations. The guys that came to do the install were on time, polite, protected our doors and walls from scuffs and cleaned up alter themselves. Within a week of calling, we have new insulation for our home. Guy and his team did a wonderful job in my attic! Not only did they do a thorough clean up, sanitization and installation for the insulation, but they also closed all entry points where critters were getting in! They sealed any space that was letting cool air out of the home and into the attic. I would recommend.

Let me start this by saying I don’t typically leave reviews, not even bad ones. I found this company through Google and set up the first consultation through the Phoenix office since the Dallas branch was so new.

We had the best experience with this company. Our attic needed a total restoration due to rodent damage. Guy came out and assessed the situation. He personally spent about 30 minutes in my attic looking at everything and making notes. He presented his findings with videos and pictures, and explained the entire process in great detail. Within a week his crew was at my house to perform the work. In all it took about three or four days to complete the attic clean out, HVAC duct work and sanitation. Let me tell you this is extremely hard work here in Texas, the weather can be quite hot and these guys are up there for long hours all day working hard with a great attitude and professionalism.

There were dings and scratches that understandably happened during the rehab of our attic with 5 grown men working up there. Guy immediately following completion of his work arranged for a professional drywall and painting contractor to follow his crew and flawlessly leave my home better than he found it.

Guy is working to build his branch of Attic Construction here in the DFW, he’s got a great team working with him. Both my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Attic Construction and guy, the owner. Impressive job. Truly a five-star experience.

These guys were great. They were fairly priced. They were efficient and punctual. They came out and gave a quote at no charge. They answered all questions and gave me quotes doing 2 different R-factors. They sealed all possible leaks around electric boxes, lights... any projections through ceiling to attic, and went on the roof the 'rodent proof' any vents or pipes. They put batts near the attic door so that loose material doesn't fall down when you open the door. Their equipment was relatively quiet, they were professional, and cleaned up completely before they left. I was very happy with the whole process.
