Had a fantastic experience with Attic Construction in Carrollton! Their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about insulation. The difference in my home’s temperature was noticeable immediately. Highly recommend them for any attic work!

We saw this company doing A project to our neighbor and we asked them to come to do inspection at our attic because we had rodent problem too , We decided to do the same project as our neighbor did and we have to say that we had the best experience I ever had with any contractor I ever worked with, the owner of this company was so polite, was responded to any concerns we had, the crew came right on time and did a wonderful job in our attic, they was very professional , they did a rodent proofing at the attic and arounds the house and replaced all the old insulation we had for a brand new. Me and my Husband highly recommend about this company , thank you Attic Construction for a perfect job with a very fair price !

Attic Construction did a great job at removing old insulation and sanitizing, rodent proofing, and replacing with new insulation in my attic. Leo came and gave an estimate and explained the whole process. The guys who completed the job were friendly and thorough. I will recommend Attic Construction to anyone needing insulation replaced.

They did a great job removing old insulation and full rodent proofing my attic. I had several attics with hard to get to spaces and they did a great job getting everything done. They also had a very thorough before and after walk through to ensure any damage to drywall or lighting during the process was taken care of by them.

Leo and Ryan stopped by and inspected my attic and told me the what they would do to make my attic looking new. They gave me a reasonable estimate to remove the old insulation, clean and sanitize the attic. Sealed any potential rodent entries, installed new blown-in and new batt insulation and even installed screens on my vents on top of the roof to prevent rodents from entry. The technicians were polite, friendly, worked hard and told me to ask them if I have any questions/concerns. They did a wonderful job doing everything to my satisfaction. May I add Erin the office lady was very pleasant to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend the company.

Carlos is awesome!!! After 5 minutes of talking to him, I knew attic construction would be doing my attic insulation. His energy was welcoming and professional. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.

As the crew was doing the install, Carlos even helped me with a kitchen light that had not been working for a year. Carlos is the man and Attic construction is the company for attic insulation.

Very pleased with the insulation work Attic Construction did in Irving. They were prompt, respectful of my property, and worked efficiently. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in outside noise, which was an unexpected but welcome bonus!

Great work. I was in a pinch as the insulation installer I had hired didn't show up and I had an IECC inspector coming in the afternoon the next day and drywall scheduled to go up two days later. Called this company in a pinch as needed install next day. They were great/friendly and made an emergency service call next day (for fair price as well) and installed all the insulation so my inspection (later that day) and drywall (following day) could all go as scheduled. Work was excellent, crew was great and passed McKinney IECC inspection later that same afternoon. Highly recommend.

Attic Construction has been amazing! We had rodents in our attic and the insulation also desperately needed removed and replaced. Attic Construction came out, gave us a quote, then were able to get everything done in 3 days of work (there were a few weeks without insulation to ensure our attic “friends” were gone).

The result is an attic that is pest free and looks pristine (as far as attics go). There is fluffy pink insulation as far as the eye!

Best part was how fast they got us scheduled. Called Monday, they were here Wednesday doing attic air sealing and insulation work. David explained everything clearly without talking down to us. The difference in our energy bill showed up immediately - dropped about $75 the first month alone.

After comparing several companies, went with Attic Construction for our energy efficiency upgrade. They sealed ducts, added insulation, and installed a moisture barrier. Transparent pricing, showed up when they said they would, and the results speak for themselves. House is more comfortable and utility bills are noticeably lower. Solid work all around.

Attic Construction Carrollton went above and beyond taking care of our attic. We had rodent issues and they removed and cleaned all the rodent droppings, sucked out the old insulation, sanitized the attic, and sealed the holes on the roof and inside the attic. Then they filled our attic with 17 inches of fresh insulation. I am looking forward to lower electric bills! The guys were very helpful and polite! Highly recommend!

After living here 15 years we finally addressed the attic and wow, what a difference. The crew was incredibly respectful, answered every question, and left zero mess behind. Our HVAC system isn't working nearly as hard now and the temperature balancing between rooms is exactly what we needed. Fair pricing too compared to other companies we contacted.

Great price. Responsive. They do what they say and don’t upsell you. Will use them again as my pool needs maintenance and repairs! They have installed a new cleaner, new skimmer, replumbed pipes, and repaired a leak in my spa! All top notch work!

I have used A-Affordable for several years and have always been happy with their work. Most recently I have had repair issues on the pool equipment and needed guidance on how to correct the problems.
Jonathan has been very helpful with suggestions and help to repair a broken pool cleaner. I appreciate his willingness to assist and his expertise in this area. It is good to know that you can count on the technicians at A-Affordable to take care of any issues that come up in maintaining your pool and the equipment to run it.

We have had a great experience with A-Affordable. We first worked with John to re-surface our pool. We were impressed with the workers and job quality. After the post re-surface program I decided to switch to A-Affordable for weekly pool cleaning/service. Daryl is the service rep. He has been here every week for the last two months. He does a very thorough cleaning and always takes the time to explain the process and any problems that need to be addressed. He has also done some minor repairs or part replacement to keep the system operating in top condition. I am extremely satisfied with Daryl's performance and I enjoy talking with him each week.

Quick response time and very reasonably priced! I was thinking that I needed a new motor but it ended up just being the capacitor. They replaced it on the spot and billed me. Awesome and definitely earned my trust!

I asked for an estimate. They came out and replaced some of the things needing to be replaced, and then billed me for them. They never gave me a price before hand, and I never said to actually "Do" any work. I didn't even know they did any work until I got the bill. I called the office and asked what the charges were for, which is when I was told it was for the work they did. I went and checked and sure enough they replaced the backwash piston and a skimmer basket. I told the office I had just wanted an estimate first. They said they would have Bob call me (Bob is the guy who did the work). I get a call the next day saying he has put my old piston and skimmer basket back. What? They didn't even tell me they were coming out to my property. They didn't talk to me first about removing the equipment. I was never angry with them on the phone. I was just confused, due to the lack of communication. each time I talked to Bob, he told me how he has been doing this for many years and he's a professional. I've never worked with a professional who does a job without authorization, or who removes completed work without talking to the customer. I'm just shocked at the lack of professionalism with this company. Here's hoping it's not difficult to get my 250+ dollars back.
