Constraction reviews in Carrollton, Texas

The attic construction team out of Dallas did an outstanding job. The quote provided did not change. They inspected our attic to show us all of the problem areas. Everything they indicated they would do, they did. The crew that came in were very conscientious about our home and put plastic up in the room to protect our property. They showed up on time and were very professional and polite. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

Guy and his team removed my old insulation, cleaned and sealed any cracks with spray foam insulation, and blew in new insulation and were fantastic from the very first phone call to our very last interaction. They provided photos of my attic with its new insulation, cleaned up after themselves, and as soon as Guy knew some spray foam insulation had come through my ceiling and stuck to my bathroom exhaust cover (something I only noticed days later), he came out personally to remove the mess. My house stays so much warmer now, especially in the extreme cold, and I can't wait to see how it does this summer!

Attic Construction performed a thorough and efficient job of insulating the walls and attic of our garage. Workers arrived on time, answered all our questions, and cleaned up debris before they left. We were very pleased with Guy, the owner, and the young men who did the work. If you need insulation in your house, I recommend Attic Construction.

Professional & reasonably priced. You will get an honest quote & good work. For me they removed old insulation and rodent debris then cleaned & sanitized my whole attic. Now I can use my attic again without worry.

Attic Construction did an amazing job in my Irving home. The attic was a mess, but they cleaned it up, installed insulation, and even checked for potential pest issues. A+ service!

Attic construction did a wonderful job for us, they gave us a fair price and did an amazing job. We had a very big issues with rats and this company resolved our issue in a professional way. I’m so happy I hired this company and I highly recommend them!
Thank you!

Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented—Attic Construction exceeded my expectations. They took the time to explain the insulation process and answered all my questions. The only improvement I’d suggest is better communication about arrival times, but the quality of work more than made up for it.

Attic construction did a beautiful job for us at the attic . We have 2250 sqft attic that looks now like a brand new ! The crew came on time, was very polite and did for us such a professional job with insulation removal, rodent proofing & blow in new insulation, they left all clean and nice behind! We highly recommend to use this reliable company.

Outstanding experience! Their technicians were knowledgeable and took care of a rodent problem before insulating my attic in Farmers Branch. They even sealed off entry points to prevent future issues. Would definitely use them again for pest control services!

We found Attic Construction through our next door neighbors. We had a rodent problem in our attic. We had gotten a bid from a national chain who hyped up the fear factor. Guy came out and provided a bid at 2/3 the cost and he didn't sensationalize his presentation to prey on my fears. He also said that toward the back of our house, where one room was always the hottest in the summer and coldest in the winter, only had about 6-inches of insulation. He spent time with us inviting and answering questions. An experienced crew came out to remove the old insulation and close all exterior access points. They set traps and waited a week. Seeing no activity, they came back to blow in new insulation to a depth of 18-inches. We are very thankful and snug now.
This is not an easy or inexpensive thing to do, but it was necessary. And bonus: the national chain said they could finance at 18% (even with excellent credit rating). Attic Construction offered 0% for 12 months. Definitely recommend this place - they have integrity and pride in doing a job well done.

Buck, Daniel and team did a phenomenal job cleaning, sealing, and re-insulating our attic. Buck also came out for an inspection after the job was done and added a few final touches. Highly recommend them for any attic work!

I have got recommended by 2 of my neighbors that used this company and I have got to say that I did the right decision to go with this company! They are so professional, they did for me a wall insulation and attic insulation, the crew came and over with me about everything and did for us a great job with the cleaning and the rodent proofing. I have got a great job with a very fair price so I’m highly recommend to us this company. Thank you attic construction!!!!!!

We had a serious rodent problem in our attic in Plano, and it was driving us crazy. We could hear scratching at night, and I was worried about potential damage. Attic Construction Dallas came out, did a full inspection, and sealed every possible entry point. They even showed us before-and-after photos so we could see their work. It’s been over a month now, and we haven’t seen or heard any signs of rodents. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. If you need rodent proofing, don’t hesitate to call them!

Leo inspected our attic and gave us a clear explanation of what to expect. Cade, Daniel, and Paulo did an excellent job on the day of service. They cleared all the old insulation out, disinfected the whole attic, and put in new, energy-saving insulation. The difference was immediately noticeable. They finished faster than expected, even though they moved all of our stuff out and back in and even disinfected that too!
Excellent and efficient service! I would highly recommend these guys for any attic job.

Attic Construction was the right choice! Carlos answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The crew that did the work was very polite and respectful and did an amazing job with my attic. I can’t wait to see the benefits of this investment. Thank you, Attic Construction!!!

I had been dealing with poor air circulation in my home in Irving for a while, and my allergies were getting worse. After a consultation, I decided to go with Attic Construction Dallas for an air duct replacement. Their team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. The difference in air quality was noticeable almost immediately—I’m breathing easier, and my home stays fresher throughout the day. They even made sure the new ducts were properly sealed to prevent leaks. I wish I had done this sooner!

I needed new insulation for my 35 year old house, plus I had a rodent problem in my attic. Guy accessed the situation, and his crew did an incredible job cleaning up the attic, removing old insulation, sanitizing and deodorizing. It was hard work! The three young men were professional, polite and explained the whole process. They also checked for entry points into the attic, including going up on the roof. After a week, Guy came back to make sure there were no more visitors in my attic (there weren’t). The crew came back and installed my new insulation. They did a good job cleaning up too. I highly recommend Attic Construction!

I called Attic Construction hoping to get a quote from them, and had 2 more consultations scheduled with other companies after. Once Buck came to do the inspection, he did such a good job at patiently and humbly letting me know that I had 3 inches of old dirty insulation and rodent feces throughout, that I decided to cancel my other scheduled consultations and sign with Attic Construction right away.

Leo, who is the owner, also worked with me to make sure I was happy to move forward with the work and because I saw how deeply he cared about his business, I was confident to move forward.

They came in and did all of the work in less than a day, the crew worked non-stop, Leo was present working and managing any questions that came up, and Buck who did the initial inspection was also there. If you hire Attic Construction, the people you talk to on day one are the same people who will take care of you until the work is done. Great job! I felt the difference in my air conditioning right away.

Attic Construction transformed my attic in Coppell. I had no idea how much of a difference proper insulation would make! The team was friendly, worked quickly, and explained every step. Highly recommend their services.

Chris and the crew were great, very efficient, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience.

Great service from start to finish! Attic Construction’s team arrived in Frisco on time, inspected my attic thoroughly, and recommended the best insulation solution. I appreciate their honest pricing—no unnecessary upsells, just solid advice.
