Unit #1057 or #1067 Cut us off multiple times without a turn signal

I have used Humphrey & Associates for over 20 years for both business and personal electrical work I need to have done. They care about communication, quality and are very punctual. No hidden fees or costs. They do amazing work and they always clean up their mess.

I have had projects ranging from a couple hundred bucks to projects over $20k I currently have them working on a $3,500 project to run new power to a new piece of shop equipment I'm getting. These guys are high end professional electricians.

I've dealt with Jeff over the years and the relationship is great. It's almost like having your own group of personal electricians. I highly recommended this company. Zero issues or problems with them in over 20 years.

Guy in truck #1018 driving 90 mph on the left lane and cutting people off.

Initially came out and did what we called them for, we were told from an associate within the company one cost , and then the cost increased by hundreds . The communication after we disputed the cost stopped as if there was no need for an explanation and said bill needs to be paid. Ended up having another electric company come out that was up front and honest and took care of all of our electrical. Definitely no follow up on quotes and billing corrections . Lots of miscommunication internally with this company. No one wants to take accountability for mistakes anymore and this company is no exception. There are better companies out there, stay away from this one. Btw , bill has been paid. That wasn’t the problem, the overbilling with no explanation was .

Employee truck cutting through traffic on the highway and giving people the finger. Will never use this company if they allow their employees to act this way.

One of their cars rear-ended me because the driver was distracted by his phone, and they have many complaints about this. They should hire more responsible drivers. I'm going to file a claim with their insurance company.

Egnite was prompt and on time. The Electricians were very courteous and professional. It took some time as the issue was our board has very old parts. They explain everything in detail and did a great job getting our lights working.

Egnite Electric helped us with the setup of our new location, and they were fantastic to work with! We needed to relocate can lights to make space for TV mounts, add plugs for the TVs, and install a dedicated circuit along with a larger outlet our IT team requested. They took the time to review the specs from our IT team and knew exactly what was needed. Everything was done efficiently and correctly, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the job was in great hands. Highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

Your van was driving recklessly on George Bush on 7/14/2025 at 9:30am. Switching lanes with no signal, tailgating at over 80mph and flashing brights at people.

It’s bold to drive a logo van in bad weather at such speed while endangering peoples’ lives.
